It is geographically located at Metro Manila's approximate center and is also the country's smallest city in terms of land area.

The Gramercy Residences, also known as The Gramercy Residences at Century City, is a residential high-rise condominium in Makati, Philippines. As of 2023, it is the fourth tallest building in the Philippines together with Discovery Primea and Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila. It is the first of several buildings built at the new Century City complex along Kalayaan Avenue by the Century City Development Corporation.
Gilmore Avenue, formerly known as Gilmore Street, is a two-lane, one-way road in Quezon City, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It runs one-way from Eulogio Rodriguez Sr. Avenue in New Manila and terminates at Nicanor Domingo Street in Valencia, continuing on as the two-way Granada Street until it reaches the city border with San Juan, where it becomes Ortigas Avenue.
Greenhills is an administrative division in eastern Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is an urban barangay in San Juan and is the largest barangay in the city, covering a total area of 2.09 square kilometers (209 ha) that spans over a third of San Juan's total land area.
The Old Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Building, now known as the Bently Reserve, was the main headquarters building of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for nearly sixty years. The building is located at 400 Sansome Street, in the Financial District of San Francisco. Designed by George W. Kelham, the building has an Ionic colonnade that is pure Beaux-Arts, while the upper building is in the new Moderne fashion of 1924. The banking lobby at the Sansome Street entrance contains a mural by Jules Guerin, the artist who created the palette for the 1915 Panama–Pacific International Exposition. The Old Federal Reserve was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

It is part of the office space portfolio of the Net Group, a developer who pioneered the concept of IT office building in the Philippines. The building will be part of the Net Metropolis 5th Ave, a mixed-use development considered as the nation’s first certified green project in Taguig.
Daniel Go is a Filipino architect of Chinese descent. Go founded Daniel C. Go Architecture Design, and ADGO Architecture and Design Inc., and is its principal architect. His buildings include the CCF Center in Pasig, and BTTC Centre – the first LEED certified building in San Juan in the Philippines – aside from other residential and commercial establishment projects. He and his wife also manage a printing and packaging business among other business endeavors. In 2006 he became a Fellow at the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), and became a registered APEC Architect in 2008 and a registered ASEAN Architect in 2015.

The Finance Centre is a premium grade building in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The building's architectural and interior design is a collaboration of GENSLER and AIDEA and was developed by Daiichi Properties & Development, Inc. The office building broke ground on June 5, 2014 and is the landmark building for Daiichi Properties. It is one of few buildings in the Philippines with LEED Gold rating. As of June 2012, the Philippines only has 38 buildings registered for LEED certification.

Cesar Homero Rosales Concio Sr. was an architect who as the first University Architect of the University of the Philippines designed many buildings in the University of the Philippines Diliman campus. He was also one of the architects who created the Makati Central Business District. Concio's architecture has been described in the Encyclopedia of Art as “a rational approach to design, resulting in logically arranged spaces, neatness of form, and a successful adaptation to climate".
