It was previously the tallest building in the Philippines, a title it held starting year 2000 until the completion of Federal Land Tower in early 2017. It has a total ground to architectural top height of 259 metres (850 ft), with 52 storeys including an 8-level radio tower. It is a joint development of Filinvest Asia Corporation (FAC) and the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom). The building is the home of PBCom, one of the oldest Philippine banks. The bank occupies the building's first ten floors, with a food court on the seventh floor.

Groundbreaking for the project was on January 28, 2008, while actual construction works for Arnaiz Tower started on May 14, 2008. The building was expected to be opened by 2011. The building was topped-off on June 15, 2012, and has started turn-over of units to its residents by August 2013. The building was officially declared complete by early 2014.

The Moody Performance Hall is a performing arts venue located in the Arts District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) in collaboration with the Architect of Record, Corgan Associates, Inc., and constructed by the City of Dallas, the performance hall will be built in two phases. Phase I, which consists of the 750-seat proscenium theater and its support spaces, was completed in 2012. The project will be LEED Platinum. Funding for the performance hall was provided by the Citizens of Dallas through the 2006 Bond Program.
