Ortigas Center is a central business district located within the joint boundaries of Pasig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City, within the Metro Manila region in the Philippines. With an area of more than 100 hectares, it is Metro Manila's second most important business district after the (Makati CBD). It is governed by Ortigas Center Association, Inc.
85 Sky Tower, formerly known as the T & C Tower or Tuntex Sky Tower, is an 85-story skyscraper in Lingya District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The structure is 347.5 m (1,140 ft) high. An antenna increases the pinnacle height to 378 m (1,240 ft). Constructed from 1994 to 1997 by the now-defunct Tuntex Group, it is the tallest building in Kaohsiung, and the 2nd tallest in Taiwan after the Taipei 101.
The Philippine Bank of Communications Tower, more commonly known as PBCom Tower, is an office skyscraper ranked officially as the second tallest building in the Philippines. It was previously the tallest building in the Philippines, a title it held starting year 2000 until the completion of Federal Land Tower in early 2017. It has a total ground to architectural top height of 259 metres (850 ft), with 52 storeys including an 8-level radio tower. It is a joint development of Filinvest Asia Corporation (FAC) and the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom). The building is the home of PBCom, one of the oldest Philippine banks. The bank occupies the building's first ten floors, with a food court on the seventh floor.

The Book Tower is a 145 m (476 ft), 38-story skyscraper located at 1265 Washington Boulevard in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, within the Washington Boulevard Historic District. Construction began on the Italian Renaissance-style building in 1916, as an addition to the original Book Building, and finished a decade later, making it, at the time, the tallest building in Detroit. The building was designed by architect Louis Kamper, an American architect, active in and around Detroit and Wayne County, Michigan.

The Lopez Center is a proposed building that will rise at a one-hectare area at JP Rizal, Rockwell Center, Makati. It was launched in 2008 as a mixed-use building that has 50 floors. It would be the future headquarters of several companies owned by the Lopez family. The tower is named after Manolo Lopez, the owner and developer of the Rockwell Center. It is expected to be the tallest building in the Philippines once completed. It is designed after the new One World Trade Center in New York City. One of its earlier designs included a crown on top but it was later changed to a new and better design. It was supposed to begin construction in 2007 but was delayed. The office space is planned to be operational in 2011.

Orient Square Building is currently one of the modern landmarks in Ortigas Center because of its architectural design and its one-of-a-kind curtain wall that glitters at night from the lights inside the building because of its transparency. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) declared it an Information Technology Building in January 2006.

The latter also owns the Discovery Suites, a service-apartment in the Ortigas Center business district in Mandaluyong. The residential tower was opened in 2015.

One Bangkok is a US$3.9 billion mixed-use development under construction in Bangkok, Thailand. One Bangkok is being developed by Frasers Property, a subsidiary of TCC Group, one of Thailand's largest conglomerates. It was expected to open in stages between 2023 and 2026 but due to delays has commenced opening in March 2024 starting with the first office building and other elements expected to open during 2024 onwards.
