Bonifacio Global City is a financial business district in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located 11 km (6.8 mi) southeast of the city of Manila. The district experienced commercial growth following the sale of a 440-hectare military base at Fort Bonifacio by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). The entire district used to be the part of the main Philippine Army camp.

One Bayfront Plaza is a proposed supertall skyscraper approved for construction in the U.S. city of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at 1,049 feet (320 m), with 93 floors, becoming the tallest building in Miami and Florida. One Bayfront Plaza would primarily consist of offices and hotel space, but also would include a retail mall, condominiums, and parking garage on the lower levels, as well as possibly an observation deck at the top. The entire project consists of over 1,400,000 square feet (100,000 m2) of Class A office and hotel space, as well as a total building area of over 4,000,000 square feet (371,612 m2) including the large podium. One Bayfront Plaza is the first skyscraper over 1,000 feet (305 m) to be approved for construction in Miami. The building's primary advocate is real estate developer Tibor Hollo, who has won several awards for his 55 years as a developer in Miami, and is currently the president of Florida East Coast Realty.

The Pacific Plaza Towers are residential condominium skyscrapers located across One McKinley Place in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines. The twin 53-storey buildings, the North Tower and South Tower, were completed in 2001 and rise to 179 metres from the ground to their architectural top. They are currently the 20th and 21st-tallest buildings in the country and Metro Manila as well.
The Tower (formerly Block 82 Tower and Bank One Tower) is a 35-story building located in downtown Fort Worth, Texas bound by Taylor Street, Throckmorton Street, West 4th Street, and West 5th Street. At 488-feet, it is the fourth tallest building in Fort Worth. When it was completed in 1974, it was the tallest building in Fort Worth until the completion of the Burnett Plaza in 1983. On March 28, 2000, this tower was severely damaged by an F3 tornado; consensus was nearly reached to demolish the tower, but it was instead converted into the tallest residential building in the city.
The Infinity Fort Bonifacio is a mixed-use skyscraper under construction in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. Although no exact height details was disclosed, it is found to have a height of 189.8 metres, and has 48 floors above ground level. It was proclaimed by its developer, Nuvoland Philippines Inc., that it will be the tallest structure in Bonifacio Global City by Dec. 2011 surpassing Pacific Plaza Towers after 10 years as a tallest building.

The company develops large-scale, mixed-use, planned communities incorporating residential, commercial, educational, and leisure components. In addition it provides other services such as project design, construction oversight, and property management. Among its landmark projects is Forbes Town Center, a 6-hectare commercial and residential district in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila. Another project by Megaworld is the 45-storey Petron Megaplaza office skyscraper, which was the tallest building in the country upon its completion in 1998. Also, last May 31, 2016, Megaworld announced that they will build two more office towers, 10-storey One Republic Plaza, and six-storey Emperador House, in Davao City. The two towers will provide an additional 30,000 sqm of office spaces for lease.
McKinley Road is a tree-lined avenue linking the central business districts of Makati and Bonifacio Global City, Taguig in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a continuation of Ayala Avenue, south of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA), which runs for approximately 1.9 kilometers (1.2 mi) through the affluent neighborhoods of Forbes Park and Dasmariñas Village. It is home to the exclusive Manila Polo Club and the Manila Golf and Country Club.
