Bonifacio High Street is a mixed-use development in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines located just near Serendra, Market! Market! and SM Aura Premier. It is owned by Ayala Malls, a real-estate subsidiary of Ayala Land, which is an affiliate of Ayala Corporation. It opened the main development in 2007, High Street Central in 2012, Central Square in 2014 and it is one of Ayala Corporation's flagship projects. The mall offers a mix of high-end retail shops, restaurants, amenities, leisure and entertainment in the Philippines. Currently, the mall has four sections: the first and second blocks are an open-air shopping, the third block is a mixture of open-air and indoor commercial buildings dubbed as the “Bonifacio High Street Central” that also includes state-of-the-art cinemas, and the fourth block named Bonifacio High Street South or simply High Street South is a mixture of open-air and indoor commercial-residential buildings. Ayala Malls One Bonifacio High Street

Opened in August 2018, Ayala Malls One Bonifacio High Street serves as the podium of the 63-story The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street residential tower and the Philippine Stock Exchange Tower, which opened in February. It is located in front of BHS Central and across Shangri-La at The Fort. The mall has a gross leasable area of 23,000 square meters (250,000 sq ft). [2]

The Landmark Bonifacio Global City at Three Parkade

Opened in October 2021, The Landmark is located at first two levels of Three Parkade, a parking facility adjacent to Central Square. It is the 5th Store opened by The Landmark and is the smallest store. Landmark Supermarket is located on the first level, while Landmark Department Store is on the upper level. The department store features its signature Homeware Section and small Cosmetics Section. [3]

Bonifacio High Street South

The Bonifacio High Street South is a residential-commercial block which is a part of the bigger Bonifacio High Street Complex. It houses two condominium buildings called The Maridien, similar to the nearby Serendra while facing the Bonifacio High Street Main blocks. Also there will be a series of landscaped parks and commercial buildings that would comprise the block. It draws big inspiration from boutique districts of New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Seoul to name a few. [4] [5]

Market! Market! is a real estate development owned by Ayala Land, a real estate subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and part of the Ayala Malls chain. It is located at McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig in Metro Manila, Philippines. Groundbreaking was conducted in August 2002 and it was opened on September 16, 2004. The mall is aimed at the middle market unlike other Ayala malls which caters to the upper socioeconomic class.

Megaworld Corporation is a real-estate company in the Philippines. It is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange Composite Index. The company develops large-scale, mixed-use, planned communities incorporating residential, commercial, educational, and leisure components. In addition, it provides other services such as project design, construction oversight, and property management. Among its landmark projects is Forbes Town Center, a 6-hectare commercial and residential district in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila. Another project by Megaworld is the 45-storey Petron Megaplaza office skyscraper, which was the tallest building in the country upon its completion in 1998. Also, last May 31, 2016, Megaworld announced that they will build two more office towers, 10-storey One Republic Plaza, and six-storey Emperador House, in Davao City. The two towers will provide an additional 30,000 sqm of office spaces for lease.

EcoTower is a 32-story edifice with 25 office floors located in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Classified as a Grade A building, EcoTower's construction began in 2011 and was completed in January 2013. The skyscraper has a total commercial and office space area of 29,000 square meters with a typical floor plate of 1,250 square meters. It was designed by Jose Siao Ling & Associates and built by Monolith Construction. In the first two months of 2013, there is highest demand for office space in EcoTower, particularly from BPO firms as it is the only new building with accreditation from the Philippine Export Zone Authority (PEZA) at the time.

The Makati Central Business District is a financial and central business district in the Philippines located in the heart of Makati in Metro Manila. The W Global Center is a 8-storey building located at Bonifacio Global City. It was built in 2012 and is classified as a Class A building. It is the second project of the W Group and is a joint venture of Wee family and GRCI. The W Global Center has a total office and commercial space area of 5,600 square meters with a typical floor area of 1,870 square meters. The mezzanine and ground floor consists of retail and dining options. It has recognised startups such as PawnHero that offer affordable credit to the unbanked.


The Finance Centre is a premium grade building in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The building's architectural and interior design is a collaboration of GENSLER and AIDEA and was developed by Daiichi Properties & Development, Inc. The office building broke ground on June 5, 2014 and is the landmark building for Daiichi Properties. It is one of few buildings in the Philippines with LEED Gold rating. As of June 2012, the Philippines only has 38 buildings registered for LEED certification.

Landmark is a Filipino department store and supermarket chain run by Citysuper Incorporated, the holding company of the Landmark Corporation, owned by Enrique Cheng. It currently has multiple operational department stores and supermarkets across Metro Manila and one provincial branch located in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

Tutuban Center is a shopping complex and public transit hub in Manila, the Philippines that opened in 1993. It encompasses five retail buildings and a parking building in and around Manila's central train station located in the shopping precinct of Divisoria in Tondo district. The 20-hectare (49-acre) mixed-use development includes the original two-story brick and iron main terminal building of the Ferrocaril de Manila-Dagupan built in 1887, a declared national historical building by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines since 1934. It also includes the Bonifacio Plaza fronting the old terminal building on Recto Avenue where a statue of Andrés Bonifacio was erected in 1971. Its integrated mall complex houses a mix of wholesale and retail bazaars and covers only 8.5 hectares of the total 20-hectare development. The complex will house the interchange station between the proposed North–South Commuter Railway and an extension of the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 according to the masterplan submitted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency in 2015. Its redevelopment plan also entails the construction of several mixed-use buildings, including office towers, residential buildings, hotels, a convention center, and a 300-metre (980 ft)-high observation tower to be known as the Tower of Maynila.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Seda Hotels</span>

Seda is a Philippine brand of hotels owned and operated by Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts, a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. The first hotel under the Seda brand began operations in 2012 with the opening of Seda BGC at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The hotel chain has 11 branches as of 2020, all located in the Philippines.
