The Trump Tower Manila showroom opened in early 2012, although the company has said that unit reservations started in September 2011. Groundbreaking of the building began in June 2012, with a scheduled opening in November 2017. Construction was nearly finished as of November 2016. The $150 million tower stands 57 stories high on completion. The building is located at the Century City mixed-use complex in Makati Poblacion. Makati Avenue is a major commercial thoroughfare in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It forms the eastern border of Ayala Triangle and is one of the three main avenues of the Makati Central Business District. The avenue runs in a somewhat north–south diagonal direction almost parallel with Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). It passes through two distinct neighborhoods of the city: the Makati CBD and the old Makati Población. At its northern end lies the older part of Makati starting from J.P. Rizal Avenue. It continues through Población to Gil Puyat Avenue, marking the southern edge of the old district. South of Gil Puyat onto the CBD, the avenue becomes more commercial and upscale. The shopping hub of Ayala Center and Arnaiz Avenue lie at its southern end.
J. P. Rizal Avenue, also known as J. P. Rizal Street, is a major local avenue in Makati and Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a contour collector road on the south bank of the Pasig River that runs east–west from Pateros Bridge at the Taguig–Pateros boundary to its intersection with Zobel Roxas, Delpan, and Tejeron Streets at the Makati–Manila boundary. The avenue was named after the Philippines' national hero, Dr. José P. Rizal.

It is politically known as "Central Cluster" in the West District of Makati. It is different from the Makati civic center known as "Makati Poblacion" which is situated at the northeast portion of the district. It is bounded by EDSA, Amorsolo Street, Ayala Avenue, Gil Puyat Avenue, Osmeña Highway, Zobel Roxas Street, Ocampo Street, Metropolitan Avenue, Nicanor Garcia Street, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati Avenue, Anza Street, Polaris Street, Orion Street, Mercedes Street, Amapola Street and Estrella Street. Circuit Makati is a riverfront redevelopment project by Ayala Land on the site of the former Santa Ana Race Track in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The 21-hectare (52-acre) site located in the northwest portion of Makati, on the south bank of the Pasig River, is planned to contain a mixed-use entertainment complex which would include an indoor theater, a shopping mall, hotels and residential and office skyscrapers. It would also contain a football turf, skate park and an outdoor entertainment area. The development is envisioned to become the new entertainment district of Makati and the city's lifestyle hub.
The Gateway Tower is a 31-storey mixed use skyscraper located in the Araneta City at Quezon City. The tower was named after the adjacent Gateway Mall and serves as the headquarters of the Araneta Group, replacing the Aurora Tower since 2014. Moreover, the tower sits on a rectangular lot located along General Aguinaldo Avenue and features retail and electronics stores, dining outlets, hair salons, office spaces, an open air rooftop garden, and an art gallery, while the tower's upper floors are also occupied by various call centers, franchising, and tech companies.
The Makati Poblacion Park, often shortened to Poblacion Park, is an urban linear park along the south bank of the Pasig River in Metro Manila, the Philippines. As its name suggests, it is located in Barangay Poblacion, Makati and was formerly known as Casa Hacienda Park. The park is the largest of three public parks in Makati's old downtown area situated at the site of a former plantation house. It is operated by the Department of Environmental Services Parks and Green Division of the City Government of Makati. Together with the Makati Poblacion Linear Park, the park has revitalized around 0.25 kilometers (0.16 mi) of Makati Poblacion's waterfront between the Makati-Mandaluyong Bridge and Rockwell Center.

Bridgetowne is a real estate development spanning the border of Pasig and Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a mixed township and business park situated in a former industrial area on both banks of the Marikina River near the junction of Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue and Ortigas Avenue. The 30.61-hectare (75.6-acre) masterplanned community is the first integrated township project by Robinsons Land Corporation, the real estate arm of JG Summit.
