With a height of 180 meters and 35 floors, Tower 6789 is also the 11th tallest building in the country's financial district, closely following RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower. It has a gross leasable area of 26,582 square meters with a floor template between 1,100 and 1600 sqms. The tower was owned by local developer Alphaland, a joint venture between London-based private equity fund Ashmore Group and RVO Capital Ventures of former Trade Minister Roberto V. Ongpin, but was already transferred to give Ashmore 100 percent ownership.
Robinsons Cyberscape is an office development located in Ortigas Center, Quezon City, Metro Manila, one of the oldest CBDs in the Philippines. Developed by Hantex Corporation, it is an office, commercial and retail type of property with a floor plate of 1,384 square meters per floor. BTTC Centre is also among the 58 projects currently registered for LEED certification, together with the Zuellig Building in Makati and Megaworld 8 Campus Building and Wells Fargo Headquarters, which are both in Bonifacio Global City. It is also an IT-Center PEZA Certified Building.
Clipp Center is a 12-story mixed-use Class B building located at 11th Avenue corner 39th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. An office/commercial type of property, Clipp Center is known for its design, which serves as an antithesis to the typical office building design. The building started construction in May 2011 and has a gross floor area of approximately 8,500 sq.m. It was developed by Clipp Machenson's Holdings Inc., a company owned by Pablito Calma and its design was done by Eduardo Calma. Clipp Center is currently managed by Jones Lang LaSalle and was previously managed by KMC MAG Group, an international associate of Savills.
Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), formerly known as Export Processing Zone Authority (EPZA), is a government agency in the Philippines attached to the Department of Trade and Industry created to help promote investments in the export-oriented manufacturing industry into the country by assisting investors in registering and facilitating their business operations and providing tax incentives. It is also one of the newest upcoming PEZA-accredited zones, soon to be at par with other 39 Makati zones such as Zuellig Building, RCBC Plaza, and Makati Stock Exchange.

Circuit Makati is a riverfront redevelopment project by Ayala Land on the site of the former Santa Ana Race Track in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The 21-hectare (52-acre) site located in the northwest portion of Makati, on the south bank of the Pasig River, is planned to contain a mixed-use entertainment complex which would include an indoor theater, a shopping mall, hotels and residential and office skyscrapers. The Makati Park and Garden, sometimes called Fort Bonifacio Riverside Park and Liwasang Bonifacio by local residents, is an urban riverfront park along the south bank of the Pasig River in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. Maintained and ran by the Makati city government, it has an area of 35,433 square meters (381,400 sq ft). Previously part of Makati until the aftermath of the Makati–Taguig boundary dispute, the park is under the management of the Parks and Green Division of Makati's Department of Environmental Services. It was created in 2001 as part of the Linear Parks Project of the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission.
