The Finance Centre is a premium grade building in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. [1] The building's architectural and interior design is a collaboration of GENSLER and AIDEA and was developed by Daiichi Properties & Development, Inc. [2] The office building broke ground on June 5, 2014 and is the landmark building for Daiichi Properties. It is one of few buildings in the Philippines with LEED Gold rating. [3] As of June 2012, the Philippines only has 38 buildings registered for LEED certification. [4]
The topping-off ceremonies were held in May 2017 and was completed in 2018. [5]
The Finance Centre has a fully unitized curtain wall made of combined insulated high performance glass and aluminum composite panels. It has an enhanced structural design to resist earthquakes. The tower has 42 floors where 31 floors are dedicated for office spaces. Its form and layout is designed to provide flexibility for various planning needs of future tenants. [6] The Finance Centre was designed by Gensler.
The building contains a 1,700-square-metre (18,000 sq ft) plaza with water features and a sky garden above its retail podium. [5]
The Finance Centre is located at 26th Street corner 9th Ave. Bonifacio Global City Taguig and is near the establishments of Serendra, Bonifacio High Street, and Market! Market!.
Araneta City, formerly and still commonly known as Araneta Center, is a 35-hectare (86-acre) transit oriented, commercial mixed-use development in Quezon City, Philippines. Comcast Center, also known as the Comcast Tower, is a skyscraper in Center City, Philadelphia. The 58-story, 297-meter (974 ft) tower is the second-tallest building in Philadelphia and in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, as well as the twenty-third tallest building in the United States. Originally called One Pennsylvania Plaza when the building was first announced in 2001, the Comcast Center went through two redesigns before construction began in 2005. Bonifacio Global City is a financial business district in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located 11 km (6.8 mi) southeast of the city of Manila. The district experienced commercial growth following the sale of a 440-hectare military base at Fort Bonifacio by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). The entire district used to be the part of the main Philippine Army camp.

It shares the record of having the world's highest observation deck within a building or structure at 562 m. It had the world's second-fastest elevators at a top speed of 20.5 meters per second until 2017, when it was surpassed by the Guangzhou CTF Finance Center, with its top speed of 21 meters per second. Designed by international design firm Gensler and owned by the Shanghai Municipal Government, it is the tallest of the world's first triple-adjacent supertall buildings in Pudong, the other two being the Jin Mao Tower and the Shanghai World Financial Center. Its tiered construction, designed for high energy efficiency, provides nine separate zones divided between office, retail and leisure use.

SM Aura Premier is a large upscale shopping mall located along McKinley Parkway corner 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig Metro Manila, Philippines, owned by SM Prime Holdings, the country's largest mall developer. It is the 13th SM Supermall in Metro Manila and 47th SM Prime mall in the Philippines. It is the 2nd SM Supermall to be called "Premier" after SM Lanang Premier. The shopping center is situated near its rival mall Market! Market!, owned by Ayala Malls, a real estate subsidiary of Ayala Land, and affiliate of Ayala Corporation. It is designed by EDGE Interior Designers and Arquitectonica.

Megaworld Corporation is a real-estate company in the Philippines. It is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange Composite Index. The company develops large-scale, mixed-use, planned communities incorporating residential, commercial, educational, and leisure components. In addition it provides other services such as project design, construction oversight, and property management. Among its landmark projects is Forbes Town Center, a 6-hectare commercial and residential district in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila. Another project by Megaworld is the 45-storey Petron Megaplaza office skyscraper, which was the tallest building in the country upon its completion in 1998. Also, last May 31, 2016, Megaworld announced that they will build two more office towers, 10-storey One Republic Plaza, and six-storey Emperador House, in Davao City. The two towers will provide an additional 30,000 sqm of office spaces for lease.
Tower 6789, also known as Makati Tower, is a commercial skyscraper in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. With a height of 180 meters and 35 floors, Tower 6789 is also the 11th tallest building in the country's financial district, closely following RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower. It has a gross leasable area of 26,582 square meters with a floor template between 1,100 and 1600 sqms. The tower was owned by local developer Alphaland, a joint venture between London-based private equity fund Ashmore Group and RVO Capital Ventures of former Trade Minister Roberto V. Ongpin, but was already transferred to give Ashmore 100 percent ownership.
EcoTower is a 32-story edifice with 25 office floors located in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Classified as a Grade A building, EcoTower's construction began in 2011 and was completed in January 2013. The skyscraper has a total commercial and office space area of 29,000 square meters with a typical floor plate of 1,250 square meters. It was designed by Jose Siao Ling & Associates and built by Monolith Construction. In the first two months of 2013, there is highest demand for office space in EcoTower, particularly from BPO firms as it is the only new building with accreditation from the Philippine Export Zone Authority (PEZA) at the time.
BTTC Centre is a Class A 12-story green building located at Ortigas Avenue corner Roosevelt Avenue, Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is the first green building in Greenhills, San Juan to receive a Gold pre-certification for Core & Shell under LEED. Developed by Hantex Corporation, it is an office, commercial and retail type of property with a floor plate of 1,384 square meters per floor. BTTC Centre is also among the 58 projects currently registered for LEED certification, together with the Zuellig Building in Makati and Megaworld 8 Campus Building and Wells Fargo Headquarters, which are both in Bonifacio Global City. It is also an IT-Center PEZA Certified Building.
Clipp Center is a 12-story mixed-use Class B building located at 11th Avenue corner 39th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. An office/commercial type of property, Clipp Center is known for its design, which serves as an antithesis to the typical office building design. The building started construction in May 2011 and has a gross floor area of approximately 8,500 sq.m. It was developed by Clipp Machenson's Holdings Inc., a company owned by Pablito Calma and its design was done by Eduardo Calma. Clipp Center is currently managed by Jones Lang LaSalle and was previously managed by KMC MAG Group, an international associate of Savills.
Net Park is a 38-story green and sustainable corporate tower located in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is part of the office space portfolio of the Net Group, a developer who pioneered the concept of IT office building in the Philippines. The building will be part of the Net Metropolis 5th Ave, a mixed-use development considered as the nation’s first certified green project in Taguig.
The W Global Center is a 8-storey building located at Bonifacio Global City. It was built in 2012 and is classified as a Class A building. It is the second project of the W Group and is a joint venture of Wee family and GRCI. The W Global Center has a total office and commercial space area of 5,600 square meters with a typical floor area of 1,870 square meters. The mezzanine and ground floor consists of retail and dining options. It has recognised startups such as PawnHero that offer affordable credit to the unbanked.
The ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower is a 32-storey office building in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The construction cost of the building owned by Arthaland Corporation is around ₱3.5 billion and was completed in 2018.
World Plaza is a 27-storey office building in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Philippines. It is a development of Daiichi Properties with Gensler, the team who also developed the Best Office Development in the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Property Awards, One World Place in 2011. World Plaza is a Class A building and a PEZA registered IT Park. It has 18 floors of typical office space, penthouse level, and mechanical deck floor.
One World Place is a 31-storey premium office building in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines. Developed by Daiichi and designed by Gensler, it was named "Five-Star" Best Office Development in the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Property Awards in 2013. One World Place is a Class A building and a PEZA registered IT Park. It has 31 floors, which will mainly consist of typical office space with some retail space. The building was completed in 2015.
Arcovia City is a mixed-use development in Ugong, Pasig, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a 12.3-hectare (30-acre) riverside township located by the Marikina River east of Ortigas Center being developed by the Megaworld Corporation.
Bridgetowne is a real estate development spanning the border of Pasig and Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a mixed township and business park situated in a former industrial area on both banks of the Marikina River near the junction of Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue and Ortigas Avenue. The 30.61-hectare (75.6-acre) masterplanned community is the first integrated township project by Robinsons Land Corporation, the real estate arm of JG Summit. It is currently anchored by four office towers in its information technology park dedicated to the business process outsourcing sector, its second in Metro Manila after Robinsons Cybergate in Mandaluyong. Once completed, the township will be a community consisting of seven office towers, a shopping mall, five-star hotel and residential condominiums, with a landmark bridge and a light art installation called The Victor as its centerpiece.
Tutuban Center is a shopping complex and public transit hub in Manila, the Philippines that opened in 1993. It encompasses five retail buildings and a parking building in and around Manila's central train station located in the shopping precinct of Divisoria in Tondo district. The 20-hectare (49-acre) mixed-use development includes the original two-story brick and iron main terminal building of the Ferrocaril de Manila-Dagupan built in 1887, a declared national historical building by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines since 1934. It also includes the Bonifacio Plaza fronting the old terminal building on Recto Avenue where a statue of Andrés Bonifacio was erected in 1971. Its integrated mall complex houses a mix of wholesale and retail bazaars and covers only 8.5 hectares of the total 20-hectare development. The complex will house the interchange station between the proposed North–South Commuter Railway and an extension of the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 according to the masterplan submitted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency in 2015. Its redevelopment plan also entails the construction of several mixed-use buildings, including office towers, residential buildings, hotels, a convention center, and a 300-metre (980 ft)-high observation tower to be known as the Tower of Maynila.
