Market! Market! (also known as Ayala Malls Market! Market!) is a shopping mall complex developed by Ayala Land, the real estate subsidiary of Ayala Corporation, on a lot leased from Bases Conversion and Development Authority, a government-owned and controlled corporation. It is operated by its subsidiary, Ayala Malls. It is located at McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. Groundbreaking was conducted in August 2002 [1] and the mall opened on September 16, 2004. The mall caters to the middle market, unlike other Ayala malls, which cater to the upper socioeconomic class. [2]
In May 2024, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority announced that the mall will be redeveloped as a mixed-use development once the lease expires by the end of 2027. [3]
Market! Market! is located in a 9.7-hectare (24-acre) area [4] across Bonifacio High Street and Serendra. It is situated on the former location of the Gen. Douglas MacArthur Staff House. The mall underwent several major renovations because of market competition with SM Prime Holdings' upscale mall, SM Aura, located just across 26th Street.

Tutuban Center is a shopping complex and public transit hub in Manila, the Philippines that opened in 1993. It encompasses five retail buildings and a parking building in and around Manila's central train station located in the shopping precinct of Divisoria in Tondo district. The 20-hectare (49-acre) mixed-use development includes the original two-story brick and iron main terminal building of the Ferrocaril de Manila-Dagupan built in 1887, a declared national historical building by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines since 1934. It also includes the Bonifacio Plaza fronting the old terminal building on Recto Avenue where a statue of Andrés Bonifacio was erected in 1971. Its integrated mall complex houses a mix of wholesale and retail bazaars and covers only 8.5 hectares of the total 20-hectare development. The complex will house the interchange station between the proposed North–South Commuter Railway and an extension of the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 according to the masterplan submitted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency in 2015. One Ayala, also known as One Ayala Avenue (OAA), is a mixed-use development developed by Ayala Land located at Ayala Center via EDSA (C-4) in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located across Glorietta mall and occupies the former InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark sites. It aims to combine retail, hotel, and office facilities in a single contiguous space. Construction began in 2016 with the demolition of InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark and parts of the development opened in 2022.
