The DDT Sky Tower is an unfinished office skyscraper in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
The DDT Sky Tower is a project of DataLand Inc. and is the first project of the company under its office spaces arm, DataLand Offices. [2] The 60-storey building will stand on a 5,000 square meters (54,000 sq ft) land and will have a total leasable office space of 115,000 square meters (1,240,000 sq ft) reportedly the biggest in the Philippine office space industry as of mid-2019. The office spaces of the building will be divided into three zones: Low zone (16th to 27th floors), mid zone (28th zone) and high zone (43rd to 57th floors). [3] Parking spaces is allocated to the building's 3rd to 13th floors and three basement levels with 1,122 parking slots above ground and 312 parking slots underground. The first two floors are allotted for retail space and the 14th floor will host a food court for the employees of the building's tenants. The building has accreditation from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and LEED certification is being aspired for the building. [4]
On 2022, the construction of the DDT Sky Tower was delayed, because it stays on the 2nd or 3rd floor for many months. Soon, it was confirmed that it will become a mixed-use development called the 947 Sky Towers to be launched in 2023.[ needs update ]

Robinsons Cyberscape is an office development located in Ortigas Center, Quezon City, Metro Manila, one of the oldest CBDs in the Philippines. Owned by Robinson Land Corporation, the development is composed of two buildings named Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha and Robinsons Cyberscape Beta. Chengdu Greenland Tower is a stalled supertall skyscraper in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. It will have a height of 468 metres (1,535 ft) with 101 floors. Construction began in 2014 and was halted in early 2019. In mid 2020, construction resumed but was once again put on hold in 2023 when it was close to topping out at its full height. When it is completed, it will become the tallest building in Chengdu and southwestern China.

The Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center is the newer and larger studio and office building of ABS-CBN located within ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. The building occupies ten thousand (10,000) square meters of land area within the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center and houses the network's offices, a studios, a three-level basement parking, a roof deck helipad, a film archive, a studio gallery, an exclusive executive dining restaurant, and garden. It was opened in 2000, and was occupied gradually by the network in the following years, expanding the area of its business operations. It is a PEZA Special Economic Zone, designated as an IT center. It is named in honor of the late Eugenio Lopez Jr., the chairman emeritus of ABS-CBN. The dedication of the building was held on November 4, 2010, in a ceremony that was attended by the then-Philippine President Benigno Aquino III. ABS-CBN's Horizon PEZA IT Park, its soundstages, post-production and production facility of ABS-CBN is located at San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

Bridgetowne is a real estate development spanning the border of Pasig and Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a mixed township and business park situated in a former industrial area on both banks of the Marikina River near the junction of Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue and Ortigas Avenue. The 30.61-hectare (75.6-acre) masterplanned community is the first integrated township project by Robinsons Land Corporation, the real estate arm of JG Summit. It is currently anchored by four office towers in its information technology park dedicated to the business process outsourcing sector, its second in Metro Manila after Robinsons Cybergate in Mandaluyong.
