Symphony Towers is a 1.2-million-square-foot late modernist two-tower hotel and office complex located in the historic Financial District in downtown San Diego, California, on B Street. The mixed-use, high-rise building includes a 34-story office building with 530,000 square feet of rentable space, the 264-room Marriott Vacation Club Pulse San Diego, a five-level parking structure and the 2,255-seat Copley Symphony Hall. In addition, the penthouse floor houses the exclusive University Club, and the tower has a helipad on the roof.
At 152 m (499 ft), Symphony Tower building is the second tallest skyscraper in San Diego, only one foot under One America Plaza, the city's tallest at 152.4 m (500 ft).
Douglas P. Wilson, current chairman and C.E.O. of Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), partnered with Charlton Raynd Ventures to develop the project which opened in 1989. In 1988, during the course of construction, the project stalled and was acquired by London & Edinburgh Investment, Inc, a subsidiary of London-listed London & Edinburgh Trust PLC. The construction was completed and the office building fully leased. The project was retained by LEI and Charlton Raynd as an investment for several years. Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, Symphony Towers is widely seen as one of Downtown's premier locations.
Bank of America Plaza is a skyscraper between Midtown Atlanta and Downtown Atlanta. At 311.8 m (1,023 ft), the tower is the 125th-tallest building in the world. It is the 21st tallest building in the U.S., the tallest building in the Southeastern region of the United States, and the tallest building in any U.S. state capital, overtaking the 250 m (820 ft), 50-story One Atlantic Center in height, which held the record as Georgia's tallest building. It has 55 stories of office space and was completed in 1992, when it was called NationsBank Plaza. Originally intended to be the headquarters for Citizens & Southern National Bank, it became NationsBank's property following its formation in the 1991 hostile takeover of C&S/Sovran by NCNB.
Georgia-Pacific Center is a 212.45 m (697.0 ft), 1,567,011 sq.ft skyscraper in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, United States. It contains 52 stories of office space and was finished in 1982. Before the six-year era of tall skyscrapers to be built in Atlanta, it was Atlanta's second tallest building from 1982 to 1987. It has a stair-like design that staggers down to the ground, and is clad in pink granite quarried from Marble Falls, Texas.

181 Fremont is an 803-foot (245 m) mixed-use skyscraper in the South of Market District of San Francisco, California. The building, designed by Heller Manus Architects, is located adjacent to the Transbay Transit Center and 199 Fremont Street developments. 181 Fremont is owned and operated by Jay Paul Company. Jay Paul Company is the sole owner and developer of the project. The entire office portion of the building has been leased to Facebook to house its San Francisco office and Instagram division.
The American Commerce Center was a proposed supertall skyscraper approved for construction in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but cancelled due to the 2008 recession. The Comcast Innovation and Technology Center now stands on the site.
655 West Broadway is the 13th-tallest building in San Diego, California and is a prominent fixture in San Diego's skyline. Tied with the Pinnacle Marina Tower, it has a height of 412 feet (126 m). It is located at 655 West Broadway in the Marina district of Downtown San Diego. 655 West Broadway is a 23-story building that uses the postmodern architectural style and was designed by Carrier Johnson Architects. It is primarily an office building but also contains residential and retail uses.
Union Square is a skyscraper complex at Sixth Avenue between Union and University Streets in Downtown Seattle, Washington, adjacent to Freeway Park. It consists of two skyscrapers built in the 1980s and primarily used for office space. The entire complex features a 1,100-stall parking garage, a courtyard, a retail plaza spanning three stories and an underground pedestrian concourse that connects with the Fifth Avenue Theater and Rainier Square. Both structures were awarded LEED certification in 2009 and eventually received LEED Platinum certification 6 years later as a result of reduced annual energy consumption by 40 percent through recent renovations. The entire complex is currently managed by Washington Holdings, a real estate firm also known as Union Square LLC which is based in Seattle.
Park Tower at Transbay is a 43-story, 605-foot (184 m) office skyscraper in San Francisco, California. The tower is located on Block 5 of the San Francisco Transbay development plan at the corner of Beale and Howard Streets, near the Transbay Transit Center. The tower contains 743,000 square feet (69,000 m2) of office space. The entire office space has been leased by Facebook.
