Republic Plaza is a skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. Rising 717 feet (219 m), [3] the building currently stands as the tallest building in the city of Denver and the entire Rocky Mountain region of the United States. [2] It was built in 1984, [3] and contains 56 floors, the majority of which are used as office space. Republic Plaza currently stands as the 137th-tallest building in the United States.
Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and built of reinforced concrete clad in Sardinian granite, [2] Republic Plaza includes 1,200,000 square feet (110,000 m2) [3] of office space, and three retail levels containing shops, restaurants, and service businesses. The building has a 3-story marble lobby that features a quarterly "Art in Public Places" program of Colorado and regional artists.
On October 27, 2007, the building's top 20 stories were lit in purple with giant white letters "C" and "R" to celebrate the Colorado Rockies' World Series debut. [4]

The Republic Plaza is the former home to the American Lung Association in Colorado's "Anthem Fight for Air Climb". Now it is home to the "Mile High Stair Climb", benefitting the American Lung Association in Colorado. Held on the last Sunday of January, the event is a 56-story stair climb to the top of the building with the option of climbing more flights for up to a full vertical mile. [6] On March 7, 2017 Plant Holdings North America, Inc. purchased the property.

One Bayfront Plaza would primarily consist of offices and hotel space, but also would include a retail mall, condominiums, and parking garage on the lower levels, as well as possibly an observation deck at the top. The entire project consists of over 1,400,000 square feet (100,000 m2) of Class A office and hotel space, as well as a total building area of over 4,000,000 square feet (371,612 m2) including the large podium. One Bayfront Plaza is the first skyscraper over 1,000 feet (305 m) to be approved for construction in Miami. The building's primary advocate is real estate developer Tibor Hollo, who has won several awards for his 55 years as a developer in Miami, and is currently the president of Florida East Coast Realty.

Completed in 1988, it has 35 stories and 30 floors of usable office space. Originally named the Sun Bank Center, the name changed after SunTrust Banks began its series of mergers and acquisitions in the 1990s. It was originally built to serve as the Florida headquarters for SunTrust Banks, but as recently as 2009, SunTrust has vacated over 150,000 square feet (14,000 m2) in an effort to downsize.
Sven is a residential building located at 29-59 Northern Boulevard in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens, New York City. At 762 feet (232 m) tall, Sven is the third-tallest building in Queens behind Skyline Tower and The Orchard, as well as one of the tallest buildings in New York City outside of Manhattan.
