L. V. Locsin Building is a 19-storey [1] office building at 6752 Ayala Avenue. Named after its designer, National Artist for Architecture Leandro Locsin, and completed in 1985, [2] it is notable for its Brutalist architectural style and the architect's signature of floating volumes. [3] With an estimated height of 74.8 meters (245 ft), the building is the first in the Philippines to have no corner columns, evident in the corners of the building where the main emergency staircase is located, highly visible at night with the lights switched on. [4]
The L. V. Locsin building is located at the southwest corner of Ayala Avenue and Makati Avenue in Makati City, Philippines. Its location makes it one of the most sought after office address in the Makati Central Business District. With a height of 180 meters and 35 floors, Tower 6789 is also the 11th tallest building in the country's financial district, closely following RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower. It has a gross leasable area of 26,582 square meters with a floor template between 1,100 and 1600 sqms. The tower was owned by local developer Alphaland, a joint venture between London-based private equity fund Ashmore Group and RVO Capital Ventures of former Trade Minister Roberto V. Ongpin, but was already transferred to give Ashmore 100 percent ownership.

Construction began in 2016 with the demolition of InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark and parts of the development opened in 2022.
