Smart Tower (previously PLDT Tower) is a 36-storey skyscraper in 6799 Ayala Avenue, Makati. [2]
The building was originally an unfinished 10-storey structure which was bought and developed by the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company for their corporate headquarters. Completed in 2009, the new 34-storey tower was known as the PLDT Tower, and is designed by Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan & Partners. [3] It was eventually renamed to "Smart Tower" following the transfer of Smart Communications, one of their subsidiaries, to the site, becoming their headquarters. [4]
In 2020, PLDT sold the building to DMC Urban Property Developers Inc. of the Consunji family for $128 million. [5]
Commerce Court is an office building complex on King and Bay Streets in the financial district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The four-building complex is a mix of Art Deco, International, and early Modernism architectural styles. The office complex served as the corporate headquarters for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and its predecessor, the Canadian Bank of Commerce, from 1931 to 2021. Although CIBC relocated its headquarters to CIBC Square, the bank still maintains offices at Commerce Court.

The Petron Megaplaza is an office skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It previously held the title as the tallest building in the Philippines from 1998 to 2000 when the PBCom Tower was topped-off. It currently holds the title as the 5th tallest building in Makati, and the 9th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well. It has a total ground to architectural spire top height of 210 meters, soaring at 45 storeys high.
The Shang Grand Tower, also known as simply the Shang Tower, is a high-end residential condominium skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It was developed by Shang Properties, Inc. The 46-storey building was opened in 2006 and rises to 180 metres from the ground to its architectural top. It is currently the 10th-tallest complete building in Makati, and is the 19th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well. The 250-unit condominium was the first self-funded residential condominium of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts’ Kuok Group in the country, and all units were sold-out as of 2006.
Exportbank Plaza, formerly known as Urban Bank Plaza, is an office skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It stands at 155.1 meters (509 ft), and is one of the tallest buildings in the country. The building has 36 floors above ground and 1 basement level for parking.
The Ayala Triangle Gardens is a 2-hectare (4.9-acre) landscaped urban park in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a triangular public garden and courtyard in the center of the Makati Central Business District. It was named after its owner and developer Ayala Land, and opened to the public in November 19, 2009. Inspired by Hyde Park in London, the park, which is dotted with palms, acacia trees, and tropical foliage, is considered one of the few "green" areas in Makati.
The World Trade Center, Chennai is a 28-storeyed commercial and residential centre in Chennai, India. Located at Perungudi, it was made operational in March 2020. The centre consists of 170,000 square metres (1,800,000 sq ft) of office space. The complex also includes a conference/exhibition centre. The towers are IGBC LEED Platinum and USGBC LEED Gold certified. The centre is a member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA). Tower A of the WTC complex is the tallest commercial establishment in the city.
