Social activism and 100's Group Nepal

On 23 July 2018, Gupta founded 100's Group Nepal in Anamnagar, Kathmandu. The organization focuses on poverty alleviation through the donation and distribution of clothing, food, and emergency aid. [3] Its slogan is "Those who have, to give; those who don't have, to take."

Under Gupta's leadership, the group established Nepal's first free clothing bank in Anamnagar, later expanding to locations including Jawalakhel, Butwal, and remote areas such as the Karnali region. [3]

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the group distributed over one million meals to daily wage workers and vulnerable populations in its first wave. [4] During the second wave, it organized oxygen concentrator supplies and isolation centers.

Other activities under Gupta's direction include:

Health camps and animal welfare programs.

Environmental campaigns, including planting over 7,000 trees. [3]

Educational support through scholarships and supplies to rural schools.

Blood donation drives and disaster relief fundraising.

Heritage site cleanup and youth engagement, mobilizing approximately 9,000 volunteers.

His work has been aligned with several Sustainable Development Goals, including SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), and SDG 4 (Quality Education). [3]
