Bad Boy Latino is a Latin hip hop record label founded in 2005 by recording artists P. Diddy and Pitbull. [1]
In 2004, Sean Combs made the decision to expand his fledgling Bad Boy Records imprint to new territories. His first expansion was southern imprint, Bad Boy South, and his second was to be a Latino label, in 2005 the birth of Bad Boy Latino came about as Emilio Estefan came on board. The expansion was granted to Bad Boy through its new deal with Atlantic Records.
The label then signed artists, eventually signing Pitbull, Christian Daniel, LJ, and Heath Woods and Principe El Notorio from Harlem. Bad Boy Latino's first release would come from Pitbull in the form of his remix album, Money Is Still A Major Issue. The album would not sell many copies upon its 2005 release date. This album was released by Bad Boy Latino, but was distributed by TVT Records, because Pitbull was still a signed artist on their roster and had to honor his contract.
In 2006, the label released Christian Daniel's self-titled debut along with Pitbull's third album, El Mariel.
In 2007, the label released Pitbull's fourth album, The Boatlift.

Pitbull later released his second album El Mariel, in 2006 and his third, The Boatlift, in 2007. His fourth album, Rebelution (2009), included his breakthrough hit single "I Know You Want Me ", which peaked at number two on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number one on the UK Singles Chart.

112 is an American R&B quartet from Atlanta, Georgia. Formerly artists on Bad Boy Records, the group signed to the Def Soul roster in 2002. They had great success in the late 1990s and early 2000s with hits such as "Only You", "Anywhere" and the Grammy Award-nominated single, "Peaches & Cream". The group most notably won a Grammy Award in 1997 for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group, for featuring in the song "I'll Be Missing You" with Sean Combs and Faith Evans.

We Invented the Remix is a remix album by P. Diddy and The Bad Boy Family, released on May 14, 2002. It features remixes of hit singles by artists from P. Diddy's Bad Boy Records record label. The album reached number one of the U.S. Billboard 200 albums chart for a week and was later certified Platinum for shipments of over one million copies. The album 256,000 copies in its first week. The album also reached number 17 on the UK Albums Chart. The album featured the hit singles "I Need a Girl ", which reached number two in the U.S., and "I Need a Girl ", which reached number four, a rare occurrence of both parts of the same song both becoming big hits. This was the last album Bad Boy would release under the Arista Records label.

From 1996 to 1999, as a lead or featured artist, Mase had six Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 singles and five US Rap No. 1 singles. His 1997 album Harlem World was Grammy nominated and certified quadruple Platinum by RIAA. His two other albums, Double Up and Welcome Back, are both certified Double platinum and Gold by RIAA.

Héctor Luis Delgado Román is a Puerto Rican rapper, singer and record producer, formerly known by his stage names Héctor "El Father" and Hector "El Bambino". After retirement, he obtained a degree in Theology at the Southern Methodist University and dedicated his life to preaching the Christian faith in his homeland of Puerto Rico. He announced his retirement in 2008, but his series of Farewell Concerts went until May 2010. He rose to fame as a member of the duo Héctor & Tito. It is a Spanish language remake of the 1985 hit song "We Are the World", which was written by American musicians Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie, and was recorded by USA for Africa to benefit famine relief in Africa.
Dirty Money was a musical duo consisting of singer-songwriter and dancers Dawn Richard and Kalenna Harper; with both artists already signed onto Bad Boy Entertainment. Together with record producer, rapper and label boss Sean Combs, they performed as Diddy – Dirty Money as a collaborative act on the Bad Boy label. The group disbanded in 2012.
Carlos Coleman, better known by his stage name King Los or simply Los is an American rapper and songwriter. Coleman has released various mixtapes during his career including The Crown Ain't Safe and Becoming King. He originally signed to Bad Boy Records during the 2005 in conjunction with his Bloc Incorporated record deal. After his deal fell through he returned to releasing music independently. Los signed to Diddy's Bad Boy Records again in February 2012, which is now distributed by Interscope Records. However, on March 19, 2014, he would announce that he was again leaving Bad Boy and Interscope. He is currently signed to After Platinum, 88 Classic and RCA.

Atlantic took over distribution following the expiration of a deal with Island Def Jam.
