Balay, founded by Esteban Bayona & José María Layrla, is a Spanish company, manufacturing home appliances, owned by the BSH Home Appliances Group. Its headquarters were in Zaragoza, with plants in Zaragoza, Pamplona, Estella, Vitoria and Santander. [1]
