Baltic Champions Cup

The Baltic Champions Cup is a Baltic football club tournament, launched in 2006 before going on hiatus until 2011. The Champions of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania leagues take part in the competition which is played indoor. The competition is played over three consecutive days with each club playing each other once. The winner is decided by a league table.

Valtteri Moren is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Veikkausliiga club HJK and the Finland national team. Moren was born in Vantaa, Finland. He began his senior club career playing for Klubi-04, before making his league debut for HJK at age 19 in 2010. After winning his first trophy, the Veikkausliiga, during his first season on league level, he helped HJK win five successive Veikkausliiga titles, two Cups and a League Cup. After five full seasons in HJK he was sold to Belgian First Division A side Waasland-Beveren.

Professional men's basketball clubs in Europe can compete in a number of different competitions, including national leagues, regional (multi-national) leagues, and continental competitions. It is therefore possible for clubs from some countries to take part in several levels of competition in the same season. Clubs usually qualify for European competitions through performance in their national or regional leagues, with the exception of wild cards.
