Baqqal (also, Bakkal) is a village and municipality in the Shaki Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 490.
Azerbaijan, officially the Republic of Azerbaijan, is a country in the South Caucasus region of Eurasia at the crossroads of Eastern Europe and Western Asia. Abar Radi was an Iranian playwright. He was born on October 2, 1939 in the city of Rasht, completed his studies at the University of Tehran in social sciences. He published his first story, Rain, in 1959.
