The European Handball Federation (EHF) is the umbrella organisation for European handball. Founded on 17 November 1991, it is made of 50 member federations and two associated federations, and is headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
The IHF Beach Handball World Championships is an international beach handball competition contested by the men's and women's national teams of the member federations/associations of International Handball Federation (IHF), the sport's global governing body.
The Croatia national beach handball team is the national team of Croatia. It is governed by the Croatian Handball Federation and takes part in international beach handball competitions.

The Pan American Beach Handball Championship was the official competition for Men's and Women's national beach handball teams of America. In addition to crowning the Pan American champions, the tournament also served as a qualifying tournament for the Beach Handball World Championships. In 2018, the PATHF folded and the tournament was replaced with the North America & the Caribbean and South & Central American championships.
Handball Australia hosts two separate national club championships. The first is a Beach Handball nationals competition and the second is the Australia Handball Club Championships featuring the state champions for Handball. The winner of the Handball Club Championships qualifies to represent Australia in the Oceania Handball Champions Cup.
