Beata Falk (born February 17, 1989) is a Swedish orienteering competitor, [1] [2] and junior world champion.

She became Junior World Champion in the relay in Gothenburg in 2008, together with Jenny Lönnkvist and Lina Strand, and received silver medals in the middle distance (behind Venla Niemi) [3] and in the long course (behind Jenny Lönnkvist).

She competed at the 2010 World Orienteering Championships in Trondheim, where she qualified for the sprint final. [4]

Olga Novikova is a Kazakhstani ski-orienteering competitor. She was born in Kazakhstan, and later moved to Russia. She is Junior World Champion from 2004. She won a silver medal at the World Ski Orienteering Championships in 2007, competing for Russia. Competing for Kazakhstan, she placed third overall in the World Cup in 2010, and won four gold medals at the 2011 Asian Winter Games.
