5 Sundarikal is a Malayalam romantic anthology film. It contains five short stories on love about five types of women. The stories are directed by Shyju Khalid, Sameer Thahir, Aashiq Abu, Amal Neerad, and Anwar Rasheed, and feature an ensemble cast. The film was produced by Amal Neerad Productions. The music directors were Gopi Sundar, Bijibal, Prashant Pillai and Yakzan Gary Pereira. The film reached theatres on 21 June. A promo song by popular Kochi-based rock band Black Letters was also released.

The film is scheduled to release on 26 April 2019 as a lone release in Tamil for the week, coincidentally following the Easter Sunday bombings in Sri Lanka which happened on 21 April.

Srinivasan, Amzath Khan, and Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli in the lead roles, while Pooja Ramachandran, Madhusudhan Rao, and Nassar play supporting roles. The music was composed by Prakash Nikki with cinematography by Mukesh. The film released on 29 April 2016.

The series was released on Disney+ Hotstar. The first season Kerala Crime Files - Shiju, Parayil Veedu, Neendakara explores the Ernakulam North police station officers race against the time to catch a murderer out on loose. The second season is under production.
