F. L. "Ben" Waide (born May 17,1963) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 10 [2] from January 4,2011,until January 2015.
Waide earned his BS in health sciences from the University of Louisville.
Representative Waide pleaded guilty to violations of campaign laws by using campaign funds for purposes other than his campaign. He was sentenced to 12 months' supervision. [6] [7] [8]
