Dui Purush is a 1945 Bengali language epic family drama film directed by Subodh Mitra. Produced by New Theatres and adapted from Tarashankar Bandyopadhyay's novel and popular stage play, with a screenplay by Binoy Chatterjee. The editing was done by Mitra, who was popularly known as Kachi Babu, and cited as one of the best editors in the film industry. The music director was Pankaj Mullick with lyrics by Sailen Roy. The cinematographers were Sudhin Majumdar and Yusuf Mulji. The cast included Chhabi Biswas, Chandrabati Devi, Sunanda Banerjee, Ahindra Choudhury, Tulsi Chakraborty, Jahar Ganguly, and Naresh Mitra.

Mayurakshi is a 2017 Bengali film directed by Atanu Ghosh and produced by Firdausal Hassan & Probal Halder for Friends Communication. The music was composed by Debojyoti Mishra. The film won the award for Best Bengali feature film at the 65th National Film Awards.

Abaidha is a Bengali film written by Partha Banerjee and Subbir Mukherjee, and directed by Gul Bahar Singh. The film stars Chiranjeet Chakraborty, Debashree Roy, and Rajit Kapur. It was shown in the Montreal film festival and Commonwealth film festival in Manchester in 2002. The film has won the Bengal film journalists' association award for best actor for Chiranjeet Chakraborty. The film has also participated in the 2002 4th Cinemaya festival of Asian Cinema in New Delhi.
