Bernard Lavigne (born 1959) is a French judge. [1]
In 2005, he was one of the first team leader of the International Criminal Court and specifically tasked with the enforcement of international law in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. [2] Lavigne pursued Congolese war criminals and combated the phenomenon of child soldiers. Lavigne concluded his three-year mission in June 2007 before being nominated at the Toulouse grande instance tribunal. [3]
Dileita Mohamed Dileita is a Djiboutian politician who was the prime minister of Djibouti from 7 March 2001 to 1 April 2013. He was vice-president of the People's Rally for Progress (RPP), the governing political party, until 2012. He also served as president of the Union for the Presidential Majority (UMP), the governing coalition. He was elected President of the National Assembly on 5 March 2023.

He refereed the Club World Cup final in 1983 on National Stadium Tokyo between Hamburg S.V. and Grêmio F.B.P.A. (Brazil). He refereed three matches in the European Championship, one in 1984 and two in 1988, including the final between the Soviet Union and the Netherlands. In addition, he refereed the 1986 European Cup Final between Steaua Bucharest and Barcelona.
