Bernhard "Bernd" Heinemann (born 19 June 1949) is a former West German male canoeist who was world champion in Canadian C1 at senior level at the Wildwater Canoeing World Championships. [1]
Heinemann participated at one edition of Olympic Games in canoe slalom in Munich 1972, where he was 16th it the C1 final.

La Seu d'Urgell hosted the championships for the third time after previously hosting the event in 1999 and 2009.
