Nara Chandrababu Naidu, commonly known as CBN, is an Indian politician who is currently serving as the 13th Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. He is the national president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP).

In 2024, The Government of India honoured him with Padma Vibhushan, the second highest civilian honour. Earlier In 2006, he was honoured with the Padma Bhushan, India's third-highest civilian award, for his contributions to Indian cinema. In 2013, CNN-IBN named him as one of "the men who changed the face of the Indian Cinema".
Yeduguri Sandinti Rajasekhara Reddy, popularly known as YSR was an Indian politician. He served as the 14th chief minister of Andhra Pradesh from 2004 to 2009. Kakinada district is a district in the Coastal Andhra Region in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. With Kakinada as its administrative headquarters, it was proposed on 26 January 2022 to become one of the resultant twenty six districts in the state after the final notification has been issued on 4 April 2022 by the government of Andhra Pradesh. The district was formed from Kakinada and Peddapuram revenue divisions from East Godavari district. Incidentally, during earlier times, the region comprising towns Pithapuram, Kakinada and Peddapuram were referred as Polnaud or Prolunadu, which now roughly corresponds to the areas in this district.
