Big Brother 1 is the first season of the Polish reality television series Big Brother . The show followed a number of contestants, known as housemates, who are isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom-built house. Each week, one of the housemates is evicted by a public vote, with the last housemate remaining winning a cash prize.
The show was started on March 3, 2001 [1] and concluded on June 17, 2001, last 107 days. For the needs of Big Brother, SMS Premium services were introduced for the first time in Poland. [2]
Martyna Wojciechowska and Grzegorz Miecugow host the main show. Janusz Dzięcioł walked out as the winner. The prize for him is 500.000 PLN. [3] The final of the season brought viewership to almost 10 million viewers making it the most-watched TV show in Poland in 2001. [4]
On 25 February, as part of Big Brother: Ty Wybierasz (lit. Big Brother: You Choose), the public vote was open to choose 2 candidates to enter the house from among 5 male candidates (Artur Parlewicz, Jakub Denys, Sebastian Florek, Wojciech Kromka and Wojciech Tęczyński) and 5 female candidates (Agnieszka Broda, Agnieszka Podgórska, Iwona Górnicka, Małgorzata Maier and Patrycja Strzemiecka). The public chose Małgorzata Maier and Sebastian Florek to enter the house on 3 March.
Patrycja Strzemiecka and Wojciech Kromka entered the house after Piotr Lato was ejected from the house.

Big Brother is a Polish version of the reality television franchise Big Brother produced by Endemol. The show aired from 2001 to 2002 on TVN, from 2007 to 2008 on TV4 and in 2019 on TVN 7.

Milionerzy (Millionaires) is a Polish game show based on the original British format of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? The show is hosted by Hubert Urbański. The main goal of the game is to win 1 million Polish zloty by answering twelve multiple-choice questions correctly. There are three basic lifelines - fifty fifty, phone a friend and ask the audience ; and also two other lifelines - ask the expert and switch the question. From March to December 2010 contestant could choose risk game, where the second guaranteed sum was not guaranteed. The first series of Milionerzy was broadcast from 3 September 1999 to 26 January 2003, the second version was broadcast from 19 January 2008 to 19 December 2010, and the third version has been broadcast since 9 February 2017. Since 2017, it is shown every Monday to Thursday at 8:55 p.m on the Polish commercial television station TVN. The executive producer of the programme was Endemol in the first version, Intergalactic in the second version, and Jake Vision in the third version. Since 2008, when a contestant gets the second question correct, they will leave with 1,000 zł. When a contestant gets the seventh question correct, they will leave with 40,000 zł.

Veliki Brat 2015, also known as Veliki Brat 5 is the fifth season of the television reality show Veliki Brat, the Serbian, Bosnian, Montenegrin and Macedonian joint version of Big Brother. This season is the fifth season of the show in Serbia and seventh overall in Croatia - for both a first season after the show went on a two-year hiatus. The show is broadcast by RTL for Croatia, B92 and Prva TV for Serbia, OBN and BN for Bosnia & Herzegovina, Sitel for Macedonia and Prva for Montenegro.
Big Brother Slovenija 2015 is the third main season of the Slovenian version of Big Brother, which is broadcast on Kanal A. This is the first civilian season of Big Brother to air in Slovenia since 2008. The show also had a celebrity season in 2010, however, it aired on another channel, POP TV. Though the season launched on March 6, 2015, three housemates entered prior to the launch. These three housemates were already living in a Secret Room, without the audience or housemates knowledge. The host of the show this season Ana Maria Mitič. Due to budget restraints this season the house is not located in Slovenia. Letters to Santa 2, is a 2015 Polish-language romantic comedy film, directed by Maciej Dejczer, that is a sequel to 2011 Letters to Santa film by Mitja Okorn. The action takes place during a Christmas Eve, and follows the lives of characters from the first film, focusing on various aspects of love as shown through separate stories involving a wide variety of individuals, many of whom are shown to be interlinked as the tales progress. As same as in the first film, its plot refers to the 2003 romantic comedy Love Actually, though the events of differ in those films. The movie was produced by TVN, and distributed by Kino Świat. It was filmed in Warsaw, Poland, and premiered on 13 November 2015.

Each week, one of the housemates is evicted by a public vote, with the last housemate named the winner. Like Big Brother VIP Albania, it includes ethnic Albanians from the Balkans and the Diaspora.
