The Big East Conference Field Hockey Tournament is the conference championship tournament in field hockey for the Big East Conference. The tournament has been held every year since 1989. It is a single-elimination tournament and seeding is based on regular season records. The winner, declared conference champion, receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Field Hockey Championship. [1]

Rutgers Scarlet Knights field hockey

The Rutgers Scarlet Knights field hockey team is the intercollegiate field hockey program representing Rutgers University – New Brunswick, the main campus of Rutgers University. The school competes in the Big Ten Conference in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), although it was previously a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference (A-10), the original Big East Conference, and the new Big East Conference. The Rutgers field hockey team plays its home games at the Bauer Track and Field/Field Hockey Complex on the university's Livingston Campus in Piscataway, New Jersey. Since the field hockey program was established in 1974, the Scarlet Knights have appeared in the NCAA tournament twice, placed runner-up in regular-season conference play three times, and finished second in a conference tournament twice. The team is currently coached by Meredith Civico.

2015 American Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament Baseball tournament

The 2015 American Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Bright House Field in Clearwater, Florida from May 19 through May 24. The event, held at the end of the conference regular season, determined the champion of the American Athletic Conference for the 2015 season. East Carolina claimed their first tournament championship and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2015 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

The 1993 NCAA Division I baseball season, play of college baseball in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) began in the spring of 1993. The season progressed through the regular season and concluded with the 1993 College World Series. The College World Series, held for the forty seventh time in 1993, consisted of one team from each of eight regional competitions and was held in Omaha, Nebraska at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium as a double-elimination tournament. LSU claimed the championship for the second time.

The 2016 Big East Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, Maryland from May 26 through May 29. The event, held at the end of the conference regular season, determined the champion of the Big East Conference for the 2016 season. Xavier won the double-elimination tournament and received the conference's automatic bid to the 2016 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

The 2017 Big Ten Women's Lacrosse Tournament was held May 5 and May 7 at the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex in College Park, Maryland. For the first time, the top four teams from regular season play will earn berths in the tournament. Previously all schools qualified for the tournament. The seeds were based upon the teams' regular season conference record. The tournament format is single elimination.

The 2021 Big East Conference Men's Soccer Tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Big East Conference held from November 6 through November 14, 2021. The five-match tournament took place at Shaw Field in Washington, D.C. for the Semifinals and Finals, while the First Round was hosted by the higher seeded team. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the Seton Hall Pirates. They were unable defended their title after not qualifying for the tournament and finishing in last place in the regular season standings. Georgetown finished as tournament champions after defeating Providence 2–1 in overtime in the final. This is the fifth title in program history for Georgetown, all of which have come under Head Coach Brian Wiese. As tournament champions, Georgetown earned the Big East's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament.
