The Geto Boys is an American hip hop group originally formed in Houston, Texas. The group was formed in 1987. The Geto Boys enjoyed success in the 1990s with the group's classic lineup consisting of Bushwick Bill, Scarface and Willie D, earning several certified albums and hit singles, including "Mind Playing Tricks on Me" which reached No. 1 on the Hot Rap Songs and #23 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Samuel Lindley, better known by his stage name The Legendary Traxster, is an American songwriter, rapper and record producer. A native of Chicago, he is best known as a producer for Twista, Do or Die and Ludacris. He is the owner of Traxster Inc. and Co-CEO of CWAL Records. In 2017 he launched Nothing But Dope LLC imprint distributed through Priority Records. He is also one half of the Hip Hop duo House Lindley which is composed of him and his wife Tia London.

The album features production from DJ Daryl, Bobby G, Willie Trump Tight Charles and Pizzo. It peaked at number 92 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. One single was released, "Hard Times" featuring Probable Cauze and Ephriam Galloway, which peaked at No. 8 on the Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, making it each of the artists' only charting single to date.

Along with a single, a music video was produced for the song "Money by the Ton" featuring Mississippi. The song peaked at #8 on the Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart, making it both C-bo and Mississippi's only charting single to date. The album features guest performances by Spice 1, E-40, Big Syke, Outlawz and X-Raided, as well as labelmates Killa Tay and Lunasicc. Mob Figaz made their first appearance on the album.
