William David Edward Davies (26 August 1906 - 1 October 1971) was a Welsh cricketer. Davies was a right-handed batsman who bowled leg break googly. He was born at Briton Ferry,Glamorgan.
Morgan made his first-class debut for Glamorgan in 1932 against Leicestershire. From 1932 to 1935,he represented the county in 7 first-class matches,with his final match for the county coming against Essex. [1] In his 7 first-class matches,he scored 122 runs batting average of 11.09,with a high score of 32. In the field he took 2 catches. [2]
Davies died at the town of his birth on 1 October 1971.
Roger Clive Davis is a Welsh former county cricketer who played for Glamorgan for 13 years as an all-rounder. While having a quiet career from his debut in 1964 until 1970,he then enjoyed five years of greater success,including scoring over 1,000 runs in the 1975 season,before a rapid decline in 1976 which saw him dropped from the team. He nevertheless enjoyed a successful career,with over 7,000 runs and 241 wickets in first-class cricket. He became headline news in 1971,when a ball hit him on the side of the head while he was fielding in the dangerous "short leg" position,causing his heart and breathing to stop.
Wilfred Barber,known as Wilf Barber,was a professional first-class cricketer who played for Yorkshire County Cricket Club from 1926 to 1947. He played two Test matches for England in 1935 against South Africa. An opening batsman with an excellent batting technique,Barber often batted in the middle order. He scored 16,402 runs in first-class cricket at an average of 34.28 with 29 centuries. Barber made his debut in 1926 and made several appearances over the next few seasons. Despite a sound defence,Barber did not secure a regular first team place until 1932. He scored a thousand runs for the first time that season,a feat he was to achieve eight times,while he scored over 2,000 runs in 1935. Until the Second World War broke out,Barber continued as a regular member of the Yorkshire side. After the war,he played one more full season before retiring in 1947. His career continued in club cricket and he went on to coach local sides before his death in 1968.

The 2020 Bob Willis Trophy was a first-class cricket tournament held in the 2020 English cricket season,and the inaugural edition of the Bob Willis Trophy. It was separate from the County Championship,which was not held in 2020 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Kingdom.
