Bill Manchuk (born September 1, 1947) was a linebacker who played twelve seasons for the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He won two Grey Cups for the Eskimos. Manchuk played his university football with the University of Alberta Golden Bears.

Kerry Tremaine Joseph is an American football coach and former quarterback who is the quarterbacks coach for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the assistant quarterbacks coach for the Seattle Seahawks from 2022 to 2023.
Tom Wilkinson is an American former professional football quarterback best known for his time with the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League, where he played on six Grey Cup-winning teams. He was a Western Conference and CFL all-star quarterback in 1974, 1978 and 1979 and won the CFL's Most Outstanding Player Award in 1974. Wilkinson has been inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.

Justin Sorensen is a former professional Canadian football offensive lineman of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The Alberta Rugby Football Union was formed on September 25, 1911, and governed the newly emerging and evolving sport of football in the province for over 2 decades before it was disbanded in 1936. First the Calgary Rugby Football Union (CRFU) was created on September 29, 1908. The CRFU would play the champion from Edmonton to determine the winner of the Alberta Rugby Football League for 4 seasons from 1907 to 1910. After that the Alberta Rugby Football Union was formed in 1911. It joined the Manitoba Rugby Football Union and the Saskatchewan Rugby Football Union to form the Western Canada Rugby Football Union (WCRFU) in 1911.
The 1971 CFL Draft composed of nine rounds where 70 Canadian football players that were chosen exclusively from eligible Canadian universities. The Saskatchewan Roughriders, despite being Western Conference finalists, had the first overall selection through a trade with the last place Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Tim Prinsen is a former professional Canadian football offensive lineman who is currently the running backs coach for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was drafted fourth overall by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the 1997 CFL Draft and played three seasons for the team, including a Grey Cup win in 1999. He then played for his hometown Eskimos for five seasons where he won his second championship in 2003. He played college football for the North Dakota Fighting Sioux.

William Thomas Briggs was a Canadian football player who played for the Edmonton Eskimos and Toronto Argonauts. He won the Grey Cup with the Argos in 1947 (35th) before moving to Edmonton, where he had three more Grey Cup wins in 1954 (42nd), 1955 (43rd), and 1956 (44th).
