William Rogers is an American voice actor who primarily worked in the New York area for several years before moving to Los Angeles in 2015.
He has done work for various studios such as DuArt Film and Video, Ocon Animation Studios, Headline Studios, New Generation Pictures and Bang Zoom! Entertainment.
Rogers began his voice over career in 2001, with the anime series Assemble Insert . [1]
He has worked on various dubs, and in stage productions, including Boogiepop Phantom as Anno, Cells at Work! as Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Comic Party as Otaku, Genshiken as Tanaka Soichiro, Gokudo as Soldier, His and Her Circumstances as Pero Pero and Mr. Arima, Hunter x Hunter (2011) as Meleoron and Majitani, Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny as Gakushuu, Narrator and Toutasu, To Heart as Imai, Ikki Tousen: Xtreme Xecutor as Red Dragon Sousou and Shuhou, K.O. Beast as Shaba and Kuroko's Basketball as Shinsuke Kimura.
Rogers is best known for voicing Tohma Seguchi in Gravitation and for voicing Brock, Drew and various other characters in the English dub of the long running anime series Pokémon , since Season 9. [2]
Other characters he voiced including Old Mage and Vuan in Legend of Lemnear , All Back-Man, Groribas and Tongue Stretcher in One-Punch Man , Bruno in Pokémon Generations , Elf Elder in Queen's Blade , Kanata Myouken in Shingu: Secret of the Stellar Wars , Various characters in The Third: The Girl with the Blue Eye and Wheeljack in Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy .

Yū Asakawa is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, Japan. She also provides the voice samples for Crypton Future Media's Vocaloid character, Megurine Luka. Asakawa is currently a freelance voice actress and was previously attached to Arts Vision.
Brock, known as Takeshi (タケシ) in Japan, is a fictional character in the Pokémon franchise owned by Nintendo. In the Pokémon video games, he is the Gym Leader of Pewter City in the Kanto region and mainly uses Rock-type Pokémon. In the anime series, Ash first battles him and then invites Brock to accompany him on his journey so that Brock can become a Pokémon breeder. He exited the series at some point, replaced by Tracey Sketchit, due to worries that people may find him to be a racial stereotype due to his thin eyes. However, when the company noticed that no one complained, they reintroduced him. He has generally been well-received, with fans of the anime happy whenever he is brought back into the series.
Madeleine Joan Blaustein, also known as Kendra Bancroft, was an American voice actress and comic writer who was known for her voice acting work for 4Kids Entertainment, DuArt Film and Video and NYAV Post, for her reprising role as the character Meowth from the Pokémon anime series and for comics written for Milestone Comics, in which she introduced one of superhero comics' first transgender female characters. She was the first intersex and transgender voice artist for many of her respective agencies.

Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew is a 2005 Japanese animated fantasy film directed by Kunihiko Yuyama and produced by OLM, Inc. It is the eighth installment of the Pokémon film series. Ikki Tousen, also known as Battle Vixens in North America, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yūji Shiozaki. Loosely based on the classic 14th century Chinese novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the series revolves around an all-out turf war in the Kantō region of Japan where fighters known as Tōshi from seven schools battle for supremacy. The story centers on Hakufu Sonsaku, a fighter who transfers to Nanyo Academy, one of the seven schools involved in the turf war.

In 2018, Lewis won two Behind the Voice Actors Awards, both for 'Best Vocal Ensemble in an Anime Feature Film/Special', though one was a People's Choice award.
