Billy Hanning Jr. (born April 18, 1985) [1] was a member of the gold medal-winning US team in Para ice hockey at the 2018 Winter Paralympics. He is a defenseman. Hanning lost a limb due to cancer. [2]
Sledge hockey, also known as Sled hockey in American English, and Para ice hockey in international competition, is an adaptation of ice hockey for players who have a physical disability.
