Binah is a prefecture located in the Kara Region of Togo. The prefecture seat is located in Pagouda.

The cantons (or subdivisions) of Binah include Pagouda, Kétao, Pessaré, Lama-Dessi, Boufalé, Solla, Sirka, Kémérida, and Pitikita. [1]
