The Anti-Group Communications is an open-membership collaborative art and information project formed in 1978 by Adi Newton and Steven Turner. The T.A.G.C. acronym refers to the four different types of DNA Nucleotide: thymine, adenine, guanine, and cytosine. The group's main objective was to combine interactive and mixed media art, installations, and research on psycho acoustics and philosophical concepts to produce fascinating presentations. Although the group disbanded in 1996, Newton continued the project with CD releases and live performances in 2009.

BBC Sound Effects No. 19: Doctor Who Sound Effects is a 1978 compilation of sound effects by the BBC Radiophonic Workshop from the BBC science fiction series Doctor Who. It was the first album in the BBC Sound Effects series to feature solely Radiophonic Workshop output and also the first commercial release of an album of the Doctor Who sound effects and atmospheres. The effects included came from throughout the show's history, covering both Brian Hodgson and Dick Mills' time recording effects for the programme. Effects that did not appear on the compilation included the TARDIS taking off and landing sounds which are considered to be works of music by the BBC, rather than mere effects. Each side of the record was re-released in the United States as a part of pair of picture disc compilations, which also included tracks from Doctor Who - The Music. It was remastered and re-released on 2 February 2012, by AudioGo. It was the first time the album had a CD release in the UK. AudioGo and Discovery Records then re-released the original vinyl LP on 21 April 2012 as part of Record Store Day.
Self Defence: Never, Never, Land Reconstructed and Bonus Beats is a remix album by Unkle, released in 2006 by Global Underground. Spanning four discs, it is a compilation of remixes of tracks from the album Never, Never, Land, and also contains remixes of a track featuring Ian Astbury from the then-upcoming UNKLE album War Stories.

Subatomic Sound System, founded in 1999 by Emch and Noah Shachtman, is an American record label and collective hosting musicians, producers, DJs and visual artists from a variety of backgrounds and traditions. In late 2008, Subatomic Sound System garnered international attention for a limited edition vinyl 12" featuring their collaboration with Vienna's Dubblestandart and dub inventor Lee "Scratch" Perry, releasing the first songs from Perry in the dubstep genre, one of the first recorded examples of a tangible connection between the popular UK based electronic genre that emerged in the begin of the first decade of the 21st century and the Jamaican dub from the 1970s where dubstep's origins were rooted and which had been primarily originated by Perry himself. Beginning in 2008, Subatomic Sound System started hosting weekly radio shows on 91.5fm, Radio New York and webcast on Brooklyn Radio. In 2011 Subatomic Sound System began performing as Lee "Scratch" Perry's backing band with a hybrid of electronics and live instruments. In 2013 they performed together at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and afterwards became Perry's exclusive touring band in North America. In 2017, Subatomic Sound System released their first full-length album with Perry entitled 'Super Ape Returns To Conquer' which debuted No. 5 on the Billboard reggae chart and No. 2 on iTunes US reggae album chart and reached No. 1 on North America World music NACC charts.

Von Magnet is a theatre music band originated from the post-industrial musical current from the 1980s. Founded in 1985 in London, the group gathered around Flore Magnet and Phil Von initiating a style of their own which they named "Electroflamenco". Becoming rapidly well known in the underground because of their new approach to electronic music, firstly by incorporating the bases of flamenco then later adding influences of Middle Eastern music.
BluRum13, born James Sobers, is an American underground rapper, emcee, actor and producer who also uses the pseudonym Killa Platypus. Originally from New York City, he spent most of his formative years in Washington, D.C. and is the great nephew of knighted cricketer Sir Garfield Sobers.
