Blago nama is a Croatian comedy television series created by Goran Rukavina. It was broadcast on RTL for two seasons between 9 November 2020 and 18 March 2022.

Premise

The family Pavić, which consists of Ana Pavić, her husband Boris, and their infant son Ivan, are the focus of the series. To begin a new life "according to European standards," the couple arranges a vacation to Brussels. As Ana's sister Tamara, her family, and their shared father Drago move into their home, their plan quickly falls apart. Two families with completely opposite views of the world will have to overcome their differences and learn to live in harmony together. When Martin Prosinečki, the eccentric neighbor, and his fiancée Ivanka move into the neighborhood, Drago and Martin become good friends, which further complicates the situation.

Production

The series is written by Mirna Miličić i Vlado Bulić. [3] The filming of the series began in February 2020. [4] The first epsiode was broadcast on 9 November 2020 on RTL. [1]

The filming of the second season began in June 2021. [5]

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2019–20 Croatian presidential election</span>

Presidential elections were held in Croatia in December 2019 and January 2020. The decision to call the elections was made by the Croatian Government during its session on 14 November 2019. Potential candidates were required to gather at least 10,000 signatures from Croatian citizens who have reached the age of 18 in order for their candidacy to become official and for their name to appear on the ballot. They were allocated a time frame of twelve days to accomplish this and thus had until midnight local time on 3 December 2019 to present their signatures to the State Electoral Commission. A total of twelve candidates submitted signatures by the deadline and the commission then proceeded to verify the signatures within the following 48 hours, presenting a final list of eleven approved candidates on 5 December 2019.

The 2020 Zagreb shooting, commonly referred to as the St. Mark's Square attack, occurred on 12 October 2020 in Zagreb, Croatia, when 22-year-old Danijel Bezuk approached Banski dvori, which houses the office of the Prime Minister and serves as the meeting place of the government, on St. Mark's Square and started shooting at it with an assault rifle, wounding a police officer in the process. In the aftermath, the perpetrator ran off to a nearby neighborhood and committed suicide.
