Bob Ray is an American independent filmmaker based in Austin, Texas.
In 1994 Ray founded the production company CrashCam Films. His first productions were narrative Super 8 mm films and music videos. Ray's in-camera-edited Super 8 short film, Sweet Sweetroll's BaadAsssss Spin, appeared in indie producer John Pierson's Split/Screen, on the Independent Film Channel and Bravo.[ citation needed ]
Ray made his feature film debut with the rock 'n' roll stoner film Rock Opera (1999). The film was nominated, in 2003, for High Times magazine's Stony Film Award.[ citation needed ]
Ray has produced and directed several music videos, including a video for the song "Fried Chicken and Coffee" (1998) by Nashville Pussy, nominated at the 41st Annual Grammy Awards for Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance. Other bands he has created music videos for include The Riverboat Gamblers, The Polyphonic Spree, The Black Eyed Peas, Eels, Jerry Cantrell, Blur, Modest Mouse and Hank Williams III.[ citation needed ]
In 2007, Ray completed work on Hell on Wheels , a documentary film about the resurgence of all-girl roller derby in Texas. [1] That year, Ray launched CrashToons, the animation arm of CrashCam Films, producing animated short films. CrashToons titles include APESH!T, Platypus Rex, Rooster Lollipop and others. His animated shorts have been shown at film festivals, on SuperDeluxe.com and on Playboy.com.[ citation needed ]
In 2010, Ray premiered Total Badass , his documentary film about Austin-based Chad Holt's struggles to remain clean and sober while on probation. [1]
Porky Pig is an animated character in the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons. He was the first character created by the studio to draw audiences based on his star power, and the animators created many critically acclaimed shorts featuring the character. Even after he was supplanted by later characters, Porky continued to be popular with moviegoers and, more importantly, the Warners directors, who recast him in numerous everyman and sidekick roles.
Who Framed Roger Rabbit is a 1988 American fantasy comedy film directed by Robert Zemeckis from a screenplay written by Jeffrey Price and Peter S. Seaman. It is loosely based on the 1981 novel Who Censored Roger Rabbit? by Gary K. Wolf. The film stars Bob Hoskins, Christopher Lloyd, Stubby Kaye, Joanna Cassidy, and the voice of Charles Fleischer. Combining live-action and animation, the film is set in an alternate history Hollywood in 1947, where humans and cartoon characters co-exist. Its plot follows Eddie Valiant, a private investigator with a grudge against toons, who must help exonerate Roger Rabbit, a toon framed for murder.
Cosgrove Hall Films was an English animation studio founded by Brian Cosgrove and Mark Hall, headquartered in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester. Cosgrove Hall was a major producer of children's television and animated programmes/films, which are still seen in over eighty countries. The company was wound down by its then owner, ITV plc, on 26 October 2009. It was mainly known for its series Danger Mouse, The Wind in the Willows and Count Duckula.

Charles Wayne Sexton is an American guitarist, singer and songwriter. Sexton is best known for his years as a guitarist in Bob Dylan's band, though also has become well known as a music producer. Sexton co-founded Arc Angels and created the Charlie Sexton Sextet. He was still a teenager when he gained fame for his 1985 hit, "Beat's So Lonely", from his debut album, Pictures for Pleasure.

Forgoing the usual route of signing a deal with a film distributor, the film will instead be showcased at different venues around the United States, along with some of the filmmaker's other independent films; such as the 2007's documentary Hell on Wheels.

It was first screened ahead of the 3D theatrical re-release of Finding Nemo as the third and final short in the trilogy of Toy Story Toons, based on the characters from the Toy Story feature films. It depicts Rex getting left in a bathroom and befriending bath toys.
Geoff Marslett is an American film director, writer, producer, animator and actor. His early career started with the animated short Monkey vs. Robot which was distributed internationally by Spike and Mike's Classic Festival of Animation on video and Spike and Mike's Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation in theatres. More recently he directed several successful narrative feature films including MARS, as well as producing and acting in the experimental documentary Yakona. He appears onscreen in Josephine Decker's Thou Wast Mild and Lovely which was released theatrically in 2014. He currently resides in Austin, Texas and splits his time between filmmaking and teaching at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
