Bonava is a European residential developer, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange. ^[1]

The name Bonava comes from the Swedish word "bo" which means living, and "nav" that means hub. ^[2]

The company is active in Germany, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. According to the company, it has created 40,000 homes since 2016.

As part of the group’s strategic review in 2021, it was decided to discontinue operations in Denmark. In 2023, Bonava sold its operations in Norway, now operating under the name Nåbo, and completed the sale of its operations in St. Petersburg, thereby ending all activities in Russia ^[3] .
