Borik is an urban neighborhood in the city of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Republika Srpska entity). It was built northeast of the old city center after an earthquake in 1969 [1] when Banjaluka was heavily damaged. Borik was planned for housing of people who lost their homes in an earthquake and it was built in a brutalist architectural style, typical for cities that were developed under an influence of a communist system.[ citation needed ]
Moss Bluff is a census-designated place (CDP) in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 12,522 at the 2020 census. Located just north of the city of Lake Charles, it is considered a suburb of that city. Moss Bluff is a burgeoning community, and is one of the communities in Calcasieu Parish besides Lake Charles and Sulphur experiencing growth. Several efforts have been made to incorporate Moss Bluff, but at the present time the community is unincorporated.

Pukeashun Provincial Park is a provincial park in British Columbia, Canada, located north of the community of Scotch Creek, near the city of Salmon Arm. The park is named for Pukeashun Mountain which is within its boundaries and a major local landmark. It protects part of the Adams Plateau, the southeastern portion of the Shuswap Highland.

The Shinobazu Pond is a pond within Ueno Park, and a historically prominent Shitamachi feature often appearing in history and works of art. The park occupies the site of the former Kan'ei-ji, a temple closely associated with the Tokugawa shōguns, who had built it to guard Edo Castle against the northeast, a direction believed to be unlucky by traditional geomancy. The temple was destroyed during the Boshin War. The pond, although modified many times and even once drained, is natural.
