Dato' Mohd Mokhtar bin Dahari was a Malaysian professional footballer who played for Selangor. He is considered a legendary footballer in Malaysian history. Sekolah Menengah Sains Muzaffar Syah is the first science school in the state of Malacca, Malaysia. It was established in 1973 under the Second Malaysia Plan as the first boarding school in the state. The school was built on the top of a hilly area in Ayer Keroh, at 121.9 meters above sea level and in an area encompassing 12.9 hectare. Its buildings were completed in 1976 and officiated in 1983 as Sekolah Menengah Sains Melaka, later renamed Sekolah Muzaffar Syah Melaka after the fourth Sultan of the Malacca Sultanate. In 2010, the school received the High Performance School award. The school is specialised in green technology, agriculture, robotics and electronics. The school were also an adopted school for Multimedia University.

Archery is a Southeast Asian Games event and has been one of the sports held at the Games since the 1977 edition in Kuala Lumpur.

Bukit Batok Single Member Constituency (SMC) is a single member constituency in Bukit Batok of Singapore. It used to exist from 1972 to 1988 as Bukit Batok Constituency and was renamed as Bukit Batok Single Member Constituency (SMC) as part of Singapore's political reforms. The current Member of Parliament for the constituency is People's Action Party (PAP) Murali Pillai.

Local elections were held in Serbia on 19 September and 3 October 2004, concurrently with the 2004 Vojvodina provincial election. This was the only local election cycle held while Serbia was a member of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro.

The 1981 Sabah state election was held between Monday, 23 March and Saturday, 28 March 1981. This was the fourth state election to take place. The Sabah State Legislative Assembly was dissolved on 21 February 1981, 2 months earlier than the expiry of the Assembly term on 26 April 1981. Candidates nomination took place on 7 March 1981.
