Braemar Park [2] (French: Parc Braemar) is a neighbourhood in College Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. [3] It is bounded on the north by the Queensway, east on Maitland Drive, south by the Central Experimental Pathway and west by J. H. Putman Public School.
Homes in the neighbourhood were built between the late 1950s and early 1960s. The initial development was on Riddell Ave South, [4] with the neighbourhood nearly fully built by 1965. [5] Most of the houses are middle- high class families. On Riddell Street South, there are some townhouses. Originally, Riddell Street started on Carling Avenue in Glabar Park. When highway 417 was built in 1967, the road split up and was called north and south. The road ended on Garfield Drive.
When the neighbourhood was under construction, it was included in the Bel-Air-Copeland Park Community Association, a homeowners association formed in 1965. [6]
The west side of the neighbourhood contains Garfield Park and J. H. Putman Public School. The community is just off the bike path owned by the NCC.
The population of the neighbourhood is roughly 450.
Along with Bel-Air Park and Bel-Air Heights, the area is part of the Bel-Air Community Association. [7]

Lincoln Heights is a neighbourhood in the Britannia area of Bay Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is defined by its community association as being bounded to the south by the north side of Regina Lane, to the north by the Ottawa River, to the west by the east side of Croydon Avenue, and to the east by the Kichi Zibi Mikan. According to the Canada 2016 Census, the population of the neighbourhood is 1,630. The greater Lincoln Heights area can be defined as extending as far west as Greenview Avenue and as far south as Carling Avenue, which overlaps with neighbouring Britannia Village.

The neighbourhood is bounded to the north by the Queensway, to the west by Richmond Road, to the south by Baseline Road, and to the east by Morrison Drive at the former Ottawa-Nepean border towards Redwood. Named after Qualicum Beach in British Columbia.

According to the Carleton Heights and Area Community Association, the neighbourhood is bounded on the north by the Central Experimental Farm, on the east by the Rideau River, on the south by the junction of Prince of Wales Drive and Fisher Avenue and on the west by Fisher Avenue. The neighbourhood is sometimes referred to as Hog's Back after the nearby falls. The total population of the neighbourhood is 7,586 according to the Canada 2016 Census.

It is bounded on the north by Scott Street, on the west by Island Park Drive, on the south by The Queensway and on the east by Holland Avenue. The neighbourhood was originally named Elmdale for the number of elm trees in the area, and was founded in 1922. The homes were built between the 1920s and 1940s.

It is located in the federal and provincial districts of Ottawa South, in the former city of Gloucester. It is bordered by the Hunt Club Road to the north, Uplands Drive to the east, and the Macdonald-Cartier International Airport to the south and west. The neighbourhood is adjacent to the military community living at CFB Uplands, which was a large air force base in the 1960s and which still contains residential housing for military members.
