Brandon Alexander Taylor (born August 1, 1994) is an American professional basketball player. He is a 6'7" (2.01 m) tall small forward-power forward. [1]
Taylor grew up in Tabernacle Township, New Jersey and played high school basketball at Trenton Catholic Academy, where The Times of Trenton, New Jersey selected him as its 2011–12 boys basketball player of the year. [2] [3]
Taylor played 4 years of NCAA Division I college basketball at Penn State, where he played with the Penn State Lions. In his 4-year college career, he averaged 10.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.4 steals, and 0.7 blocks per game, in 26.1 minutes per game, over 129 games played. In his senior season, 2015–16, he averaged 16.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.6 steals, and 0.5 blocks per game, in 32.3 minutes per game. [4]

Taylor began his pro career in Greece in 2016, with the Greek Basket League club PAOK. [5] [6] On January 13, 2017, he parted ways with PAOK, after averaging 2.9 points per game in Greek League, [7] and 4.2 points per contest [8] in Champions League. [9] On February 18, 2017, Taylor signed with the Swiss team 5 Stelle Massagno, of the Swiss League. [10]
On August 7, 2017, Taylor signed with Jämtland Basket of the Basketligan. [11]
Taylor's cousin, Tiffany Stansbury, was also a professional basketball player, and she played in the WNBA. Taylor's uncle, Terence Stansbury, was also a professional basketball player, and he played in the NBA. [12]
Efthimios "Efthimis" Rentzias is a retired Greek professional basketball player. During his pro club career, he was most notably a member of the Spanish League's FC Barcelona, and the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers. At a height of 2.12 m tall, he played at the center position. Nikolaos "Nikos" Stavropoulos, a.k.a.Professor Nicholas "Magic" Stavropoulos, is a former Greek professional basketball player and coach. During his club playing career, at a height of 1.96 m (6'5") tall, Stavropoulos played at the point guard and shooting guard positions. During his playing career, Stavropoulos was known for his dazzling passing skills, and his spectacular play-making ability, which garnered him the nickname "Magic", or "Greek Magic", after NBA player Magic Johnson, who played during the same era, and was also known for his dazzling passes and play-making ability.
Jon Anthony Korfas is a Greek-American former professional basketball player and coach. During his professional playing career, Korfas won all three of the FIBA Europe continental-wide titles on the club level. With Panathinaikos Athens, he won the top-tier level FIBA EuroLeague championship, during the 1995–96 season. He also won the second-tier level FIBA European Cup Winners' Cup championship in the 1990–91 season, and the third-tier level FIBA Korać Cup championship in the 1993–94 season with PAOK Thessaloniki. With Panathinaikos, he also won the world club title, as he won the 1996 edition of the FIBA Intercontinental Cup. He was also selected to the FIBA EuroLeague All-Final Four Team at the 1993 FIBA EuroLeague Final Four.
