The XVIII Airborne Corps is a corps of the United States Army that has been in existence since 1942 and saw extensive service during World War II. The corps is designed for rapid deployment anywhere in the world and is referred to as "America's Contingency Corps." Its headquarters are at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.

Major General John Francis Wharton is a retired general of the United States Army. He was a career Army Logistician who also led US Army Science and Technology. In his last assignment served as the commanding general of the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. Before that, Wharton served as the commanding general of U.S. Army Sustainment Command and Rock Island Arsenal, and as the senior commander for U.S. Army Garrison, Rock Island, Illinois.
Joseph Patrick "JP" McGee is a United States Army major general who served as the commanding general of the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell from 2021 to 2023. He previously served as director of the Army Talent Management Task Force in the office of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff (G-1) from July 2018 to February 2021, as well as deputy commanding general for operations of United States Army Cyber Command from July 2016 to June 2018. McGee also commanded the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division from July 2011 to October 2013.
Eric D. Little is a United States Army brigadier general who serves as the deputy director for operations of the United States Space Command. He previously served as commanding general of the White Sands Missile Range and deputy commanding general for developmental testing of the United States Army Test and Evaluation Command from May 2021 to November 2023. He has one son currently serving the nation as a PED Platoon Leader in 504th MI BDE, First Lieutenant Brennan Little.

He most recently served as the deputy chief of staff for logistics of the Army Staff since 6 April 2022 to 16 March 2023. He previously served as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics of the United States Army from May 2021 to March 2022, and prior to that was the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics and Operations of the United States Army Materiel Command from July 2020 to April 2021.
