Bretton Hall is a country house in West Bretton near Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England. It housed Bretton Hall College from 1949 until 2001 and was a campus of the University of Leeds (2001–2007). It is a Grade II* listed building.

Trevalyn Hall in Rossett, a Grade II* listed building, is an Elizabethan manor house near Wrexham in Wales. It was built by John Trevor in 1576. The Trevor family of Trevalyn were one of the leading families in East Denbighshire by about 1600 with numerous estates in both Flintshire and Denbighshire. The Plas Teg estate in Hope, Flintshire was also acquired by the family when it was purchased by Sir John Trevor I (1563–1630) and it was he who built the present Plas Teg house in 1610.
Plas Teg is a Grade I listed Jacobean house in Wales. It is near the village of Pontblyddyn, Flintshire between Wrexham and Mold. It is considered to be one of the finest examples of Jacobean architecture in Wales, and the finest in North Wales.
Broughton Shopping Park, also known as Broughton Centre, is a retail park in Broughton, Flintshire, Wales. It is the busiest retail park in North Wales, recording an average annual footfall of 10 million. Branches of many popular high street stores have an outlet in the park. Retail outlets include Asda Living, Primark and SportsDirect. The retail park hosts facilities which include: free car parking for over 2,000 cars, ATMs, toilets, and baby changing areas. It is located opposite the Airbus factory on Chester Road (A5104), 4 miles west of Chester city centre, and 400 metres from the England-Wales border.

Bretton Bridge is a bridge in Flintshire, Wales. Situated between the villages of Broughton and Bretton, Bretton Bridge used to be a back-road link, often used to avoid the congestion on the A5104.
Sir John Glynne's Canal was a canal in England built by Sir John Glynne. It ran from Saltney, just outside Chester to Bretton, a distance of about one mile. It was built about 1768, and was in use until 1779. It was used for the transportation of coal from mines in Flintshire into Chester.

Broughton Hall was a large country house that was located in Broughton, Flintshire, Wales. It was demolished in the early 1970s and houses now exist on the site. The only indication of its existence is the main road through the village; Broughton Hall Road.
Lower Huxley Hall is a moated manor house in Cheshire, England, located about 6.5 miles (10 km) southeast of Chester. It lies roughly halfway between the villages of Huxley and Hargrave, It dates from the late 15th century, with major additions and alterations in the 17th century. A small addition was made to the rear in the 19th century. It was originally a courtyard house, but only two wings remain. The house is designated by English Heritage as a Grade II* listed building.

Tybroughton, occasionally written Ty Broughton, is the name of a former civil parish, historically in the Maelor Saesneg area of Flintshire, Wales and now in Wrexham County Borough. The rather isolated rural area contains no nucleated villages, although there are a few small hamlets such as Eglwys Cross.
Nerquis Hall(Welsh:Neuadd Nercwys) is a 17th-century gentry house located in the North Wales village of Nercwys, Flintshire. Completed in the mid 1600s, the hall has survived in good condition and is currently a private residence. Nerquis Hall was designated a Grade I listed building in October 1952.
