Brigida Saga (born 14 January 2000) is an Indian actress who predominately appears in Tamil films. She is known for her role in films such as Varmaa (2020), Velan (2021), Iravin Nizhal (2022) and Garudan (2024). [1]

She is known for her role as Pavi Teacher in the streaming series Aaha Kalyanam. She also acted in the films Ayogya, Master, and Velan. She notably played a character in Iravin Nizhal (2022). [2] She played the lead role in the Telugu film Sindhooram (2023). [3] Regarding her performance in the film, a critic wrote that "Brigida Saga as Sirisha was a revelation, and she portrayed her role with grace and ease". [4]

Aaha Kalyanam is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film directed by debutant A. Gokul Krishna and produced by Aditya Chopra's Yash Raj Films. A remake of Maneesh Sharma's 2010 Hindi film, Band Baaja Baaraat, the film stars Simran, Nani and Vaani Kapoor. Although it was planned for bilingual release, it was shot completely in Tamil, and a dubbed Telugu version was released simultaneously along with the Tamil version. Varisu ( transl. Heir) is a 2023 Indian Tamil-language action drama film directed by Vamshi Paidipally, who co-wrote the film with Hari, Ashishor Solomon and Vivek Velmurugan. Produced jointly by Dil Raju and Sirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema. The film stars Vijay in the main lead role alongside Rashmika Mandanna, R. Iravin Nizhal is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language independent thriller film written, produced, co-edited and directed by R. Parthiban under the banner Akira Productions and Bioscope Film Framers. The film stars Radhakrishnan Parthiban, Brigida Saga, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Robo Shankar, Sai Priyanka Ruth in the lead roles. The background score and music for the film is composed by A. R. Rahman and the film has six songs. It is touted to Indian cinema's first non-linear single shot film. The film entered the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for being the first Asian non-linear single-shot film. Released on July 15, 2022, the film received positive reviews from critics and audiences. At the 69th National Film Awards the film won the award for Best Female Playback Singer for Shreya Ghoshal for the song "Mayava Chayava".
