Brit Awards 2019 was the 39th edition of the British Phonographic Industry's annual pop music show, the Brit Awards. It was held on 20 February 2019 at The O2 Arena in London, with Jack Whitehall as the host for the second year running. [3] Architect David Adjaye designed the BRIT statuette. [4] BBC Radio 1, Live Lounge and Top of the Pops host Clara Amfo hosted the BRITs Are Coming Nominations Launch Show on 12 January 2019. Clara Amfo and Alice Levine were live from the Red Carpet before the Main Show on ITV2.

Hugh Jackman opened the ceremony with a song from The Greatest Showman soundtrack, and Pink closed the ceremony. [5] [6]

On 14 February 2019, it was announced that Capital FM Breakfast Show host Vick Hope and Todrick Hall would host the YouTube Music Live Stream from 7:45pm GMT and it was also announced on the same day, that Jamie Laing and Yasmin Evans would host the Facebook Red Carpet Live Stream from 4:30pm GMT.

On television, he has been involved in presenting Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow (2002-2009), Basil's Swap Shop (2008), the BRIT Awards 2010 and Must Be the Music (2010), The Xtra Factor (2015, Bang on the Money, and MOBO Awards 2016 as well as being a regular guest celebrity on many television shows.

The awards ceremony was held at Earls Court in London, and was broadcast live on ITV on 18 February at 8pm (GMT). Duffy became the first female artist to ever win three awards in the same year, and only Blur, in 1995, have ever won more awards at a single ceremony. The show was advertised as live by ITV but the broadcast included several audio deletions which means the show was shown on a time delay system. The 2009 Brit Awards ceremony was watched by 5.49 million people and was the 32nd most watched programme on TV on the week ending 22 February.

The 74th British Academy Film Awards, also known as the BAFTAs, were held on 10 and 11 April 2021 at the Royal Albert Hall in London, honouring the best national and foreign films of 2020 and early 2021. Presented by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, accolades were handed out for the best feature-length film and documentaries of any nationality that were screened at British cinemas in 2020 and early 2021.

The Brit Awards 2024 was the 44th edition of the Brit Awards ceremony presented by British Phonographic Industry (BPI), and was held on Saturday 2 March 2024 at The O2 Arena in London. The ceremony returned on a weekend due to successful viewership for the 2023 ceremony, which was held on a weekend for the first time. After hosting the ceremony for two consecutive years, Mo Gilligan announced that he would no longer be hosting the ceremony. The event was hosted by Clara Amfo, Maya Jama and Roman Kemp.

The 77th British Academy Film Awards, more commonly known as the BAFTAs, were held on 18 February 2024, honouring the best national and foreign films of 2023, at the Royal Festival Hall within London's Southbank Centre. Presented by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, accolades were handed out for the best feature-length film and documentaries of any nationality that were screened at British cinemas in 2023.
