The Broadway Tower is a high-rise building in downtown Portland, Oregon, in the United States. The 19-story tower has offices for several companies, as well as a hotel on its lower nine floors. It began construction in 2016 and opened in 2018.
Excavation on the Broadway Tower site began in June 2016 and was completed in November. [2] [3] [4] It was developed by BPM Real Estate Group as a mixed-use hotel and office building with 175,000 square feet (16,300 m2) of office space. [5] [6] The building was completed in November 2018. [5]
A 180-room hotel occupies the building's first nine floors. [7] The Radisson RED Portland Downtown opened in November 2018. [5] The hotel now operates as Hotel Vance, Portland, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel.[ citation needed ]
Amazon signed a lease for approximately 85,000 square feet of the building in January 2018. [8]

The Meier & Frank Building is a fifteen-story, glazed terra cotta building located in downtown Portland, Oregon, across from the northeast corner of Pioneer Courthouse Square. The building is the former flagship store and headquarters building for the Meier & Frank department store chain, which was taken over by Macy's in 2006. In 2006–2007, the building's lower five floors were remodeled as a Macy's, while the upper eleven floors were renovated in 2008 into a luxury hotel known as The Nines. Macy's closed in April 2017 and the lower levels were rebuilt as office space.
The Oregon Convention Center is a convention center in Portland, Oregon. The Hilton Portland Downtown and Duniway Hotel are a pair of Hilton-brand hotels located in downtown Portland, Oregon. The original 22-story, 240-foot (73 m) tower was completed in 1962 and was named the Hilton Portland. The second tower with 20 floors, located kitty-corner from the original building, to the northeast, was completed in 2002 and was originally named the Hilton Executive Tower, until its renaming as The Duniway Hotel in 2017. The 1962 building was the tallest building in the city for three years until surpassed by the Harrison West Condominium Tower in 1965.
Umpqua Bank Plaza is a 19-story office building in Downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. Faced with red brick, the structure is 263 feet (80 m) tall and has 265,000 square feet (24,600 m2) of space. Opened in 1975 at a cost of $16 million, the building was designed by Wolff, Zimmer, Gunsul, Frasca. Originally named the Benjamin Franklin Plaza after tenant Benj. Franklin Savings and Loan, the building was later renamed after current tenant Umpqua Holdings Corporation.
The Cornelius Hotel is a historic hotel building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by John V. Bennes's firm, and constructed in 1907–08. It ceased to be used as a hotel by the 1950s. A fire in 1985 left the top three floors of the structure uninhabitable. By the early 1990s, the building had been vacated, and it remained vacant for more than two decades. In 2016–2018, it was joined to the adjacent Woodlark Building, extensively renovated, and converted into a hotel. The Woodlark Hotel opened on December 15, 2018.
The Woodlark Building is a historic commercial building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The nine-story building was designed by Doyle, Patterson & Beach, and constructed in 1911–12. It has been described as "one of Portland's earliest commercial skyscrapers". From its completion until 1924, it was the headquarters of two jointly owned and very similarly named pharmaceutical companies based in Portland, the retail Woodard, Clarke & Company, and the wholesale Clarke-Woodward Company. It was converted into an office building in 1924. The retail space on the ground floor, mezzanine and basement has held a variety of businesses, in succession over the building's history, among the longest-lasting ones being a drugstore (1912–1927), a Sherman Clay piano and music store (1930–1974), and an independent shoe store (2000–2016).

Hotel Albion, established in 1906, was a hotel and historic building in Portland, Oregon, in the United States. It was best known for housing the Lotus Café, which occupied the ground floor from 1924 until its closure in August 2016. The hotel was renamed the Lotus Hotel in the 1930s or 1940s, but it closed in 1976 as a result of fire safety violations.
The Ancient Order of United Workmen Temple, also known as the Tourny Building, was a historic building located at the intersection of Southwest 2nd Avenue and Taylor Street in Portland, Oregon, in the United States. The six-story building was completed in 1892 and it was demolished in 2017 to be replaced by new development. Demolition was underway in August 2017, and it was complete by November of the same year.
