Brookmount Gold (Brookmount Explorations, Inc.) was founded in 1999 and had operations in Canada from 1999 to 2018. In 2018, the company was purchased by an investor group and merged to form the present entity. The company trades on the OTC Pink Sheets under ticker symbol BMXI. [3] [4] While the company currently trades on the over-the-counter market, they have stated their intentions to uplist to NASDAQ upon the completion of their PCAOB Audit.
