Dr. Buddha Dhan Chakma is an Indian politician representing Tuichawng in the Mizoram Legislative Assembly. Formerly a Congress member,he is the first candidate of the BJP to win a seat for the party in the state. [1]
Earlier,Dr. Chakma served as the fifteenth Chief Executive Member [2] of Chakma Autonomous District Council.

Mara Autonomous District Council (MADC) is one of the three Autonomous District Councils within Mizoram state of India. It covers Siaha subdivision and Tipa subdivision of Siaha district.
